We purchased our certified pre-owned Mercedes in May 2024

We purchased our certified pre-owned Mercedes in May 2024 and were assured at the time of sale that the second key was in the mail and would arrive within a few weeks. It's now almost August, and after nearly three months of excuses, we’re still being told the key is "in the mail" — yet they conveniently cannot provide a tracking number or proof it was ever sent. This situation has dragged on throughout the entire month of July, with zero accountability or follow-through. The dealership’s behavior has been evasive and unprofessional at best, and it’s clear we were given empty promises just to close the sale. Buyer beware: if you do not leave the lot with both keys in your hand, assume you will never receive the second one.

Beware of service & parts prices.

Had car serviced locally and every time i start it notice it is overdue for service. Also was told on SUV that it needed B7 device at 60000 miles for over $6000.00.

James, We are sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your January 2022 service visit. It’s been a while but, according to our records, you completed service prior to hitting normal mileage markers that would initiate a reminder. However, the vehicle’s reminder system can be reset easily. If you aren’t sure where to do that, we would be more than happy to do that for you. As we do not have a $6,000 regular maintenance for any of our Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we’d love to learn more so that we can clear up any confusion you may have on future service. No inspection Done

Just bought a "36,000-mile" Jaguar XJ Portfolio from Jackie Cooper Imports, paid a premium price, went to get an oil change at my Jaguar dealer, and got a report https://c.xtime.com/gRq3ScXobgAA2BvgXX for $4000.00 of rotten parts on this car with immediate attention in red. Caveat Emptor! The CarFax says Jackie Cooper did an inspection and an alignment before they offered it for sale. No such thing was ever done.

ghnewhomes, we're sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. It is always our #1 goal to satisfy our customers, and we appreciated that you took the time to write to us. We understand that the vehicle was purchased 4 months ago. It's quite possible that the items you are talking about could see further wear and tear and start showing after a hot summer on horrible Tulsa roads. A multi-point inspection will identify major repairs needed at the time but wouldn’t necessitate replacement of older rubber parts and pieces until they start breaking down. Yes, those rubber pieces may need to be replaced in the future, but they weren’t like that at the time of our inspection. The best car buying experience I ever had

I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. Nathan and Ryan even help coordinate with the trucking Company for picking up the car. Once the car arrived, it was actually better than what I expected. I wish I was local to shake their hands. Of all the cars I have purchased in my life this was the best experience I ever had. Thank you for everything and selling me my dream car!

Best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with!

I came to Jackie Cooper in search of a specific car and was helped by Nathan Lovell. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. He knew the cars I looked at inside and out and if they had what I was looking for I would have been completely satisfied making a purchase at this dealership. This Delearship is Fraud

This is a fraud business and I am filing a civil lawsuit against them very soon. Be careful buy car from this place!! I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes from this dealership and paid the premium price for it to find out that the car had hail damage in the past which they never disclosed. They sold me the car as if nothing happened to it!! When I found out about it, they are not taking the responsibility. I talked to the Sales Manager Chuck and the General Manager Steven and both gave me the same crap that they didn't knew about it. Mercedes USA itself is not helping saying that it is the dealership's responsibility.

Mr. Srivastava, We understand that you are frustrated that you are not able to claim diminished value on your vehicle after your recent vehicle accident. In 2016, when you purchased the vehicle from us, the Carfax on this vehicle showed no claims and no damage. It was a clean Carfax report. Your signature on the Carfax report for this vehicle is evidence that you understood exactly what we knew about the vehicle. There was no evidence of damage to the vehicle, no report on the Carfax, and no disclosure by the previous owner. We could not have known about previous hail damage any more than you could. We only learned of the hail damage when you told us after trying to file a claim for diminished value and was denied that claim. We are an upstanding family company, locally-owned and operated with a culture of ethics, honesty, and an exceptional customer experience. For transparency purposes, we voluntarily partnered with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Used Motor Vehicle & Parts Commission, to look into our sales interaction with you in order to assure you we were not being fraudulent. Neither organization has found us to be dishonest in this transaction; only that we did business appropriately for the information we all had at the time.

2015 Mercedes Benz C250C

Drove from Atlanta GA to get my car, they had exactly what I was looking for and the price was great! Worked with Erin Murray and it couldn't have been better!

Excellent Customer Service

Recently purchased a pre owned Range Rover from Jackie Cooper. Mike Cooper was awesome and had fantastic communication throughout the entire process. Even the after sale follow up was great and they delivered on everything they promised. I will definitely look to Jackie Cooper first when I?m ready for my next car.
