Michael was great and am happy with new Maverick. Took a little too long to get ( over a year) but Michalel made sure I got it the day it was delivered.

Good Luck

My husband has a traumatic brain injury. He was having trouble understanding something the service tech had told him so he asked for Doug the service manager. Instead of trying to understand my husband's concern he kept saying my husband was wrong and misunderstood. He also had him backed up against the glass wall and was towering over him with his face within inches of my husband's trying to intimidated him. Then with no conclusion , told us to leave. Kudos to Doug, and Cresent Ford for bullying a disabled, 76 year old Veteran. Hope you are proud of yourselves.( That is sarcasm in case you don't get Doug and Cresent) I tried with no avail to get Doug to contact me to explain the medical situation to him...... well....still waiting for that call. We have done business with Creaent Ford for 46 years.... No longer customers for life. One finger salute to you.....

Used 2022 Tesla model Y

Found a 2022 Tesla model Y on cars.com and set up an appointment for a test drive at crescent Ford in high Point, NC. The sales staff greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome. They answered my questions and the car was everything I expected out of a Tesla. I purchased the car at a tremendous deal and received an amazing trade-in. The car has been great. I'm excited to drive in everyday.

Another purchase at Cresent Ford, High Point, NC

My second purchase with Mr. David Martin, at Cresent Ford in High Point. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk with, with a great command of the English language, and great sense of humor. He had been with this Dealership for many, many, years. The Dealership over all is pleasant not pushy, demanding, arrogant nor disrespectful, unlike just about every other dealership I have ever dealt with. If I?m buying Ford I?m checking with David at Cresent Ford FIRST.
