The reverse camera on my used car purchase intermittently

The reverse camera on my used car purchase intermittently stops working which I discovered a week after making the purchase. I asked the dealer if this is something they could fix for me, but was essentially told that I’m on my own since it is a used vehicle. I understand this is a used vehicle, but am still disappointed because I feel like this would be an easy fix for them to keep a customer happy.

Had been searching for a particular Benz locally with no luck. I ran across one in Nashville lucky at Mercedes Benz Of Nashville in Franklin TN, did everything virtually over the course of a couple days. Just waiting on her to ship and come home! Smooth experience.

Drove the car 30 miles total and all the warning lights

Drove the car 30 miles total and all the warning lights started to come back on that it looks like they cleared just long enough for me to drive off the lot signaling a major transmission issue. Calling tomorrow and taking it back in under TN lemon laws would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Nashville in Franklin TN

Autumn was an absolute lifesaver! When I returned to pick up my Range Rover after its inspection, the original salesperson was busy, but Autumn immediately stepped in to assist. She recognized me from my previous visit and was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. She took the extra time to ensure everything was handled correctly, providing the reassurance I needed in a situation where I had previously felt unheard and dismissed. Her no-nonsense approach, combined with her friendly demeanor, made a difficult experience so much easier. She even went the extra mile to fix my temporary tag, which had been poorly placed by the previous salesperson, ensuring it looked clean and professional. In just 10 minutes, she completely changed my perception of the dealership. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for Autumn!
