The overall experience was frustrating.

The overall experience was frustrating. It took 3 hours to change the oil in my truck. I had an appointment and it took entirely too long for a simple oil change.

Come in for oil change.

Come in for oil change. In and out in a timely manner. Service writer was on point. Definitely recommend for all your service needs

Waited 3 hours for an oil change in which 1.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change in which 1.5 of those hours my car sat out front and they hadn’t even taken it back yet. I had to notify someone to get them to take it back. No apology was given to me or accountability that they had made a mistake and still had another 1.5 hour wait after that. Cory barely acknowledged my existence let alone that he made a mistake leading me to be there for way too long. They can’t use it was busy as an excuse when I saw several people come and go who’s wait was much shorter than mine. I will be getting my oil changes from Cadillac from now on.

Took my vehicle in for the Lifetime Beaty warranty do to

Took my vehicle in for the Lifetime Beaty warranty do to transmission issues I been having since I bought the car. I knew that Chevrolet had issues with the transmission on these trucks but, figured since I had the warranty it’s not a big deal until it really starts acting up. Well it started acting up and of course the warranty claim was denied do to every excuse in the book. That being said I called back to see how much they would charge to do the service and I was told $6,600 and it comes with a 100k warranty. (in which I was not falling for that warranty again) Needless to say I decided to call couple of transmissions shops and they all quoted me about $5,800 with an upgraded Jasper transmission as they would not put the original transmission back in. Not only was my transmission not covered these folks are trying to profit off my unfortunate situation. I called back and told them I would be stopping in the pick up my vehicle. After paying the $163 for telling me it’s the transmission. They bring my car out with hundreds of black berries all over the hood, roof, side windows. Very unprofessional and would not recommend a car from the dealer ever.

Poor Service Scheduling and Terrible Communication

I scheduled my appointment approximately 2 weeks in advance and dropped my vehicle off ahead of my appointment window. However my vehicle was not looked at for another week after my appointment window. After 15 days my vehicle was ready to be picked up, however I was never informed that it was ready to be picked up. After 3 days of calling and leaving messages for my service advisor; in addition to trying to reach anyone in service and leaving a message in the general service department voicemail; as well as trying to reach the service manager I was finally informed that it had been ready to be picked up 3 days earlier.

Great sales people. Poor finance management

First off, I want to say that our sales guy Dalton was excellent. The whole sale process was professional. I am leaving this review because of the shady finance service I have experienced after the sale. I understand that dealers make commission on extended warranties, however, this experience makes me not want to use this dealer in future. We paid full in cash for our car on March 12th. The sales manager talked us through extended warranties and I admit that at the time we agreed. However, I went home and that evening did more research and realized it wasn?t worth it. The next day I called and asked the cancel the extended warranty (Chevy website states you can cancel within 30 days for an immediate refund). The sales manager told me I had to come in to do it. I thought that was strange but figured he would try to make me jump through hoops to save the commission. I went in, the process at the time seemed straight forward. He wrote up a new sales sheet and said our refund wouldn?t be immediate because they had to wait for our original check to cash. But once that happened they would send a check straight away (our check cashed that day). Well fast forward 2 weeks and no refund check. No word from the dealership. I have heard this is a common issue with dealerships who don?t want to take a hit on refunding extended warranties so they just delay as long as possible. This is a shame because it hurts their sales guys like Dalton who are doing a good job and are going to lose future business because of the practices of their sales managers.

The service department is BAD.

The service department is BAD. I made an appointment to have my car fixed because there is a recall and my check engine light is on. The appointment was on Monday and here it is wednesday and they still have not looked at it yet. The guy Corey who I spoke with said he has had cars there since the 16th of last month! What is the purpose of an appointment? He said I should just come and pick up the car. I'm at a loss. I wasn't being unreasonable when my appointment was 3 days ago. I really can't get over the way I was treated. I will never deal with these people again even if they gave me a car. Totally uncalled for and I have always drove a chevy and I 50!

Made an appointment to get oil and tire rotation. 2 1/2 plus hours later they still have not moved my truck. When asking about it, I felt like I was causing inconvenience with their service representative. I took a day off from work to get this done and was not expecting it would take this much time. If they are understaff Beaty should adjust schedule or give you option to schedule at later date. What is the point of having an appointment if you wait hours before they even start. Very frustrated customer

Worse experience ever buying from a dealership

Well I bought my 2019 GMC sierra at4 a few months ago and I noticed that my brake life monitor was turned off so I turned it on and my front brakes life was at 0% and my rear was at 88%. I also heard a vibration coming from my exhaust which turned out to be the muffler hanger. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to rotate my tires as well as look at the brakes, and vibration noise. I went there on 9/5/23 at 7:15am , 15 minutes early, I ended up being there around 7 and 1/2 hours. When I received my truck after paying over $300 they didn?t relearn the tires from the rotation, I had to go back in to tell them. I?m not saying they turned off the brake monitor but it does seem that way. They told me the sensor and harness was corroded. I will definitely never go back to that dealership again.
