I’m very saddened by the service they gave us.

I’m very saddened by the service they gave us. I traded in a 2020 Jeep Gladiator for a 2016 Chevy Tahoe. They stated they were going to fix the transmission as we found it was going out, they did not do so. My husband works on vehicles and they did not think he would notice that they only replaced the tort converter. They also left an Oring off and it was leaking transmission fluid, my husband had to replace that hisself as well. Just do use this dealership whatever you do

I was interested in a 2023 corolla.

I was interested in a 2023 corolla. I messaged the dealership to get some clarification on a pre-certification that was listed on the car that was questionable. Although I had several salespeople message me no one could answer my question. I was told they would check into it and get back with me, which they never did. They ended up selling the car and never contacted me regarding the question.

I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership a few

I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership a few months ago. Before signing, I noticed a stain near the sunroof. The salesperson dismissed it, but I refused to proceed until it was addressed. A manager said it was just a clogged drain and gave me a “We Owe You” form promising to inspect and fix it if needed. After purchase, service confirmed the entire sunroof needed replacing. I was told they’d cover it, but communication was poor, and I had to follow up repeatedly. After the repair, I picked up the van only to find it full of water, moldy, and smelling of mildew. The service director apologized and promised to fix it. Days later, I returned to find the van still wet, smelling, infested with ants, and with a broken wireless charger. Despite repeated complaints, the issues remain unresolved. This dealership has been dishonest, careless, and unprofessional from day one. Avoid them at all costs.

I will not purchase another vehicle from Beaman. I was misled with financing. Lack of transparency has broken my trust. If you buy something from them, you better ask questions about everything they say, or your trust will be broken too. So disappointed....

I wrote a google review of 2 star after talking to general manager he going to make it right I’ve bought 7 vehicles from them it always 5 star ,I put money down and wouldn’t had to if they would not had put a warranty on th contract that I didn’t know about but gen manager called he going to make it right

Trash! Do Not patronize this dealership service

Dealership is trash especially the service department. They have no sense of urgency. They lack in the department of communication skills. The team should be shut down and revamped. Trash!

Awful communication

11 days after my 2 year old Jeep left me stranded, I finally had to call Jeep corporate to get them involved to find out what was going on. Up front I stated that I understood labor and parts shortages existed and I just wanted clear communication on what was going on and honest estimates on turnaround time. I didn't get that. Multiple voicemails and texts went unreturned. I was able to speak with someone twice, but it was vague and there was no follow up. I asked for a call when the warranty paperwork was filed with Jeep so that we could get a rental and I heard nothing. I cannot recommend Beaman.

great service

Thank you RYAN for a great experience getting my diesel ram fixed right! I came in thinking my clunking was coming from driveshaft U-Joints , But Ryan and his team were able to quickly get me in and properly diagnose and replace my front axle U-joints. While in there they also found one of the lugnuts I had repaired myself (incorrectly, thanks for the wrong part Oreilles!) and replaced it with the correct one. The wait wasn't too bad with the comfy and spacious waiting area, especially with the complimentary drinks and snacks on hand. Ill be back thanks to this positive experience at Beaman and the military discounts! Thank you for your support and quality service.

Unprofessional only trying to make a quick buck.

Asked for four things to be looked at in order of priority,only received a quote for some of the items. When I went to pickup vehicle after paying. I was told that all wasn't fixed and that I shouldn't turn it off. This issue was the first priority that I had listed and mentioned several times the four weeks it was there and was given the runaround. They made me feel like I was wasting there time with my vehicle issues and 5k later gave me back a unsafe vehicle.
