This is a very very shady dealership.

This is a very very shady dealership. I would suggest you avoid them at all cost. Sold me a 22 Silverado with the wrong control arms. They came apart and it almost caused a serious accident. I called them and spoke to the sales manager and asked to review their presale 144 point inspection and they never returned my call or provided the inspection record. Long story short new truck, less that 16k miles, and they don’t give a xxxx!!!! I would never recommend or do business with these people. However, $3k later and the truck is great. I learned my lesson and hope you heed my warning. These are not honest or reputable people at all!

The most disgusting service imaginable.

The most disgusting service imaginable. I took my vehicle in to get 2 creaky actuators in the dash replaced and they try and up-sell me an unnecessary $3500 HVAC replacement. When I refused the up-sell they supposedly replaced the actuators but now I have a blinking light on the Rear Defrost button upon startup (which has never happened before). When I took my car back the next day they said that was because I refused the up-sell. This behavior is EVIL and DEMONIC. I would warn everybody to stay away from this dealership and there service department. They have ruined the reputation of there dealership and the brand of vehicle they sell with me. I used to like Dodge but this will be the last one I ever own. I thought the dealership would be more professional. I feel completely betrayed.

Feeling disappointed and time wasted.

Feeling disappointed and time wasted. The salesman Dylan Mote treated me fairly but I am very disappointed with his management team. I wasted two hours on two different occasions to get a simple trade evaluation. The first time was my fault for stopping in to look at vehicles but the second time the dealer insisted I bring my vehicle back in for a new trade evaluation just to receive an additional 500 dollar offer after waiting two hours on a slow rainy night for the sales manager to call whole sellers to find a buyer for my trade. If I was informed they were simply going to whole sell the truck out then there was no reason for me to bring the truck to the lot for the sales manager to "see" the truck. For those that do not understand what a whole seller is essentially the dealer insisted I sit on their sales floor unable to go further with negotiating the purchase of a vehicle while they attempted to sell my vehicle to a 3rd party at a profit who was then also going to sell the vehicle to a different dealer at a profit all before even purchasing my vehicle. The sales manager was insistent kbb offers an inflated price on trade values while also being offended when the same website states they're over priced on THEIR vehicle. It is very strange how kbb can only be wrong in the favor of the dealer.

Do not go to Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro Ar.

My 2010 Dodge Ram was in the shop on 08-30-23. I contacted them 15 times and never was able to make contact service. Today is the end of the day of 8-31-23 and still no word from the dealership service about my vehicle. I would never in life recommend this Dealership. They are the most unprofessional, non promptness, sorry xxx dealership I ever deal with before in my 60 years of living. I would advised anyone to look at there reviews before taking your vehicle to Fletcher Dodge!

Bought a 2019 Infinity Q50 Red Sport with about 11K miles

Bought a 2019 Infinity Q50 Red Sport with about 11K miles on it from Fletcher through CarGurus. As such, had to rely on the salesperson’s inspection of the car being in “like new” condition. On delivery I noticed a large 3” dimple on the hood. Delivery carrier had also listed this dent in their inspection report when picking up at the dealer so Fletcher knew about dent before I took possession of the car. Salesperson did not contact me about the damage but I thought I could get a local paintless fix a dent repair person to push the dent out and the dealer agreed to refund me the estimated cost of the repair. Unfortunately, it was revealed by the fix a dent repair person that someone had attempted to push out this dent previously and had stretched the metal so the only way to fix would be to fill the dent, sand and repaint the hood at a body shop or replace the hood entirely. Local body shop estimate to fill sand and paint is over $1000 and Fletcher has refused to cover my costs. I have asked several times if the earlier repair was attempted at the dealer with no definitive answer so I suspect it was. This model comes with an aluminum hood. A knowledgeable fix a dent technician could have repaired the dent at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, issue was compounded by poor attempt and Fletcher is refusing to cover the cost of correcting the damage probably caused by unknowledgeable attempt to fix by them. In short, I was sold a car described as in new condition with a large dent that will cost over a $1K which Fletcher knew about and is refusing to pay for. Was buying a $37K car I was told had no damage and will now have a car with Bondo that I have the honor of paying for.

Eric Jones was so patient and worked with me.

Eric Jones was so patient and worked with me. I live in Benton, but found a car in Jonesboro. He made my transaction pleasant and enjoyable. I will deal with them in the future! My husband wants that Hellcat.
