Amazing!

Best car buying experience EVER

I was told by multiple dealerships that there was not way I'd be able to make a deal on a vehicle because I was too upside down with my current loan. My coworker referred me to Michael at Paramount and I regret not calling him FIRST. During our initial phone conversation I let him know what I was looking for and my financial standing. He was super respectful and very knowledgable. The total opposite of the other salesmen I had spoke with. He called me back, in less than 30 minutes, with a DEAL! And not a deal on something that wouldn't work for my family. He actually pulled out a deal on the exact vehicle I wanted! Because he was so honest and helpful, I left work 10 minutes after getting off the phone with him and headed to the dealership. A few hours later, I was heading back to work with my NEW vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks Michael!

Excellent experience from an out-of-state buyer (SC)

My wife and I had been looking for a 2013 BMW 328i for months. We couldn't believe we found it in NC at Paramount Ford Dealership. I called the dealership and was connected to Jim Igims. Over the course of a few weeks, Jim patiently answered all my questions. On March 20, 2017, my wife and I drove 3 hours to the Paramount Dealership. We received a fair price for our 2010 Toyota Matrix and told Jim to write up the sales agreement. The Service Dept. agreed to put the BMW on the lift and let me continue to inspect the car. The mechanics answered any further questions I had. The shop was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional. Next, we met with Mark Robinson, sales manager. He walked us through all the administrative paper work. He was a pleasure to deal with. Jim Igims, our saleman, was a confident, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and down to earth kind of guy. Kaley Keller, Title Clerk and Alissa Martin, Customer Car Dept communicated with us through the Internet. Both ladies were instrumental in obtaining the title and registration. Paramount Ford is by far the best dealership we have ever worked with. Hats off to the entire staff.

Great

Told the salesman what I expected in my visit and he followed through on what he said. That made a hugh impact on me. My salesman was Darrin Moose, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Great expreance with Michael Connell on trading cars.

I and my wife are unable to drive at this time but wanted to trade in our old jeep G/C to have when we are able to drive again. I talked to Micheal on the phone, he brought the new jeep to my house to look at. He took my to drive and appraise for trade. He called me back and we agreed on price. He then brought all paper work to my home. He is coming back today to drive me to the bank to close the deal. I don't know of another dealer that has this good of service. I have traded with Micheal before and would recommend him and Paramount to anyone looking for a great place to do bossiness with. GO TO PARAMOUNT EXIT 113 I/40 VALDESE.

Best car buying experience we've ever had

Blessed Indeed

The reason why my review of March 16, 2016 is 13 days late is because I had to get used to the idea that I have a new car. I did not wake up that day and say to myself that I'm gonna purchase a new car today. Well, that long term goal became instant for me, thanks to Cody Dula and JR Dula of Paramount Ford Valdese. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, witty, and certainly cares about his customers. All I did was to inform Cody and JR about my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Cody and JR did their magic and presented me with a beautiful vehicle that I didn't know was possible to get. It's a beautiful 2016 Subaru WRX Sedan. I was so amazed with their efforts and results of finding me a vehicle that they knew I was gonna be satisfied with all around. Sometimes I don't know if I deserve a new car because I have not had a new car in the last 17 years. And now I feel I do deserve it because I have worked many years in my career as a nurse taking care of patients. So I felt it was long overdue and I treated myself and all this was possible because of Cody and JR. My personal opinion about Cody and JR is that they know how to please their customers and Paramount Ford Valdese has an outstanding group of excellent salesman that cares about customers and their individual needs when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I do appreciate their courteousness and excellent service. I do most certainly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Paramount Ford Valdese. and look for the salesman Cody Dula! On one last note, I would also like to extend a thank you to the other salesman that was nice to me while I was there: John Arrowood, Marcus Robinson, Allen Queen and Evan Halsey. Finally got the car I wanted

I had set out on a goal to get my mom a newer car due to hers being older with a lot of miles on it. I stepped foot on the lot and a few moments later here comes Alex to greet me. We immediately started looking over a few cars, which I never liked them. I told him I would keep in contact via email and after a little waiting, a car came online that I fell in love with (2014 Hyundai) and knew she would love. I started emailing and set out to go test drive. I drove it 3 different times then had my mechanic look at and all was well. Alex made this whole long process very fun as he treated me as a friend rather than a "customer" I worked it out with the bank, went and done paperwork and walked off the lot with the car. I'd highly recommend going to ask for Alex as he will definitely make you laugh and knows what he's doing.
