Extremely Disappointed

Molly is great! However Jeff the jerk was involved which was horrible. Drove 2 1/2hrs 1 way after setting up stuff by phone to purchase. Talked to Molly for a week or 2 about the purchase. Told them I didnt want to finance with them and they kept insisting that I do. I even felt bullied about that as I couldnt take the vehicle home unless I did. Then they wanted me to refinance on Tues after Presidenta day with my credit union. I requested they only run a couple hard credit hits and they did 11. I was told they could deliver the vehicle at No Additional Costs. I have that in writing in text. After bullying me to do finances with them and I refused they said it would cost 150.00 to deliver the following week . My credit union was closed so we were gonna have to wait till this Tues.. Jeff was rude to the wonderful sales girl Molly in front of us which is inappropriate. He was a smartA when he first come to talk to us. I offered to write a 10,000 xx for the car, had insurance lined up etc. . He would not let me drive the car home . I also had letter of credit approval for a vehicle from my credit union. Needless to say I wasnt very pleased especially since all this we thought was worked out . He gave up a sell over a 150.00 mistake made by his sales team . Molly ckd on everything I asked and wasxa joy to work with. Needless to say I and my daughter in law were left feeling talked down to and embarrassed for Molly. She was too nice to work with someone that has no business in sales. He needs some people skill training . He also did not want her to make the sell on the vehicle or he would have righted their wrong on the delivery fee and we could have purchased the vehicle. My son even called bk to talk with them trying to work out the sell and Jeff was also a jerk to him telling him the car was no longer for sell. They would not let us communicate with Molly any longer either. Never had an experience like this and I've been looking to buy for 2 months now talking to diff sales people. I really wanted the vehicle and would still buy from Molly if they made right on the communication. That sales manager was like this in front a trainee as well which should never have happened. YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION . Mr. Lee in my understanding values good customer service and making things right. He comes from humble beginnings.. I think Jeff needs to read the article published about him in the Dealer Magazine from 2013. Regards Tonya Hutchins.

I would highly recommend buying a car from Lee motors! Everyone was very nice and very helpful! I had the chance to have Aaron as my sales specialist and he did a wonderful job, he wasn't pushy, he had a lot of knowledge behind him and he made my first time buying experience a good one to remember. Used Car Purchase.

I assisted my sister in purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I saw the vehicle on Cars.Com, called the dealer and we agree on a price, then I went to test drive it, liked it and they were very expedite about getting all the paper work ready so that all my sister had to do was come down and sign. They were very courteous and professional. If they had something else I liked I would buy from them again. Great Job Guys!!

Used Car Purchase.

Great overall buying experience!!!

I recently purchased a pre owned 2012 Ford Fusion and traded in my 2002 Nissan Altama with Lee Ford Lincoln. What a wonderful experence. I was treated very well. Charlie Canipe was a nice salesman. We had a sprited negotation back and forth for the car, but it was done in a respectful, no presure way. I had done my homework before I went, so I knew how much I was willing to pay. And in the end, I feel I got a great deal. I would strongly recomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. They are very strong on customer service.

Very Nice Experience

We just bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 from Lee Ford Lincoln and it was a very nice experience. Our salesman Elias Jacobo " E J ' was super and a great salesman and made you feel so at home. We really enjoyed buying from him and would recommend him very much. Debra in finance was a dream and got us the perfect payment and rate. In no time we were on our way home. We plan on making our next purchase from them in the next year or so. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you all very much, You people are great.

Very Nice Experience

A Great Ford Experience

I recently purchased a new 2012 Mustang from Lee Motor Company and these guys were fantastic to deal with .They were very nice and helpful to get just the car I wanted with what I wanted on it. It was a pleasure doing business with them And since then I have been back for my first oil change and a detail job which they did because the day I picked up my car the weather was atrocious . I like these people ! I give them a 5 stars ! I got a great deal on my new car!

Great place
