My experience was with the Bolivar, TN location. I had a 2010 with 136,000 miles that this dealership had regularly serviced for the past three or four years. Earlier this year I took it in to have the oil changed and check what appeared to me to be a minor oil leak. The leak was around the oil filter but they recommended replacing the gasket between the engine and the transmission. That recommendation more than doubled the cost of the repair. I always felt that recommendation was excessive. Then last months I went through Consumer Report to price a new truck. This dealership came back with, by far, the lowest price quote. When I arrived at the dealership they did not have the truck they had quoted but did have a higher priced model that met my requirements. I said if they were willing to sell me the truck with the same percent discount they had made on the lower model we had a deal. I just needed to return the following day with my truck to have it valued. The next morning I got a call from the salesman saying that the discount they offered me over the internet was only good if I financed the truck through them. I had made it clear from the beginning I intended to pay cash for the truck. This was a classic bait and switch. I should have known based upon my service experience and the fact that their internet discount was nearly twice other dealers’ quotes they could not be trusted. I would not recommend anyone to do. Business with this firm.

Terry Sullivan promptly responded to on our inquiry. Found the vehicle we were looking for and held it until we could get there for a test drive. Gave us a fair trade and we had made a deal within an hour and a half, including a lengthy test drive. Now the kicker, cash deal and we had to wait two ours to get to finance. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars from us. Already recommended Terry to our daughter.

Professional and courteous staff. Josh Booker and Mr. Scott were an absolute pleasure to do Business with. We hope to do more business with Golden Circle Ford in the future.
