New customer for life

Can’t say enough good things about the group at Parks Motor that recently helped me drive home in a car I love! They worked hard and went the extra mile to get me the best interest rate and payment possible. They explained everything well and never pressured me to buy the car. They really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. A special thanks to Mike and Garrett for making it all possible! Great Experience!

Top notch service from top to bottom. The folks at Parks treat you like family and make you feel right at home throughout the whole process. From my Sales Consultant, Sean, to Darla in Parts- these guys are phenomenal and will do everything they can to make sure you're taken care of. I look forward to doing business with Parks for many years to come!

2017 Buick encore

Had problems with my 2017 Buick encore lights turning off while driving did it again called general motors dealership called took it back in they made excuse by saying they reset everything it was fixed the last time told them it did it again the engine light on dash was on then went off said they have a way of fixing the self will never return to dealership again

I have been in contact but have not actually visited the dealership. The sales rep(S) has been in contact with me and they do have one, possibly two, cars that fit the criteria of what we're looking for.

Outstanding Family Owned Dealership

Parks truly cares about their customers. I have bought a few new cars over the past 3 years and this experience blew all other dealerships out of the water!!! Sean Brink is an incredibly knowledgeable salesman and really helps you to understand the pros and cons of all the cars you have questions about. We drove from 2 counties away for a specific car and now we won?t shop anywhere else. Parks cares about you as a client even after the sale has been made. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Failed service

Took 2017 gmc sierra in for first lube and tire rotation service but service department failed to rotate tires even though the invoice states tires rotated. Makes me question if the oil was actually changed!

Oh no!! This is not ok with us either. We have processes to make sure that something like this does not happen. Grease left on the outside of the door and black s

No respect for other people?s vehicle. There mechanics need to be taught not to touch the doors or the headliner especially with grease on there hands.

Oh no!!! This is not ok with us either. We have processes and protective tools we use to make sure we do not leave dirt or grease on our customers vehicles when we service them but it looks like we messed up this time.
