What a great bunch!

Your service department personnel have shown nothing but integrity and honesty ever since I first came into contact with them. I had been using a different, closer Ford dealer for servicing my 2002 Ford Escort but I am switching the Escort's need to you now as well after this dealer didn't perform a task I instructed them to after an A/C repair. You also will have our car buying business, whether it be used or new. My experience with your group has been excellent, beginning with the staff at the old location on NW 39th, and then with Terry Hamner when we bought the 2013 Taurus SHO. It's been a pleasure dealing with a family owned company like yours!

Best experience ever!

This was the best ever experience buying a vehicle! We drove 4.5 hours to look at a used truck. Prior to coming down I spoke to Casey over the phone and asked several very specific questions about the vehicle. She answered all of them and, when I arrived, I found the vehicle to be EXACTLY as described!There were no surprises at all! Lorne Hall took care of us on our arrival and went above and beyond in all respects! I have never been treated so well as I was by the people at Diffee Ford! They dealt with me honestly and fairly and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

As painless as buying a different vehicle could be

THE SALESMAN DUDLEY HOLLOMAN WAS GREAT. WE CAME TO LOOK AT ONE VEHICLE, BUT FOUND ANOTHER I LIKED BETTER. BOTH OF THE DIFFEE SONS WERE THERE AND BOTH LOOKED AT THE TRADE IN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SO MANY YEARS BY NOT TREATING PEOPLE RIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY ONE MAKE THE SHORT DRIVE TO EL RENO. I CERTAINLY WILL IF I DECIDE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS WAITING FOR THE FINALIZATION OF THE SALE. IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. ALL OF THE PAPERWORK I GUESS TOOK MORE TIME THAN I ANTICIPATED.

The actual sale of the vehicle went very well, then on the second day of driving, the battery died and I had to deal with a service and take the car back out to the dealership, leave it overnite and go back to get it. I was a little put out, since I understood the battery was very new. They did replace the battery free of charge. I really like the Lincoln handling and smoothness of the ride. I hope my luck is now good and i can continue to enjoy the ride. Thank you

One Can't imporve on perfection. Thank You.

Sales person Mr. White helped my wife make her decision, he was polite and courteous in doing so. After sale, Mr. White took time for her to understand her car with all the different setting it has.
