I recently had a rather unusual matter concerning a service appointment that had gone awry and was very impressed by the understanding and response received by Josh and the Diffee Ford team! As a previous business owner I understand that even businesses that strive for service excellence - day in and day out - like Diffee Ford, sometimes face challenges that are unforeseen and unintentional. That said I have learned that the true test of one's character is when the going gets tough and if that business / person can make things truly right and that is what Josh and Diffee Ford has done here! Beware
Service is horrible, my mother's truck has been there 3 months. (Broken mirror needing replaced and was told oil cooler has a hole in it.) It still isn't fixed. I have been there 5 times and just get arun around every time. Joe in service is rude and never gives a straight answer.

Buying ways.
What I found to be odd is they wouldn't tell you after credit check how much your approved for. So you would try out a vehicle and if you like it then they run paperwork and sometimes have to wait until the next day for approval with really good credit.it seemed time consuming.

Poor appraiser
Me and my Wife went there to shop for a SUV, we were given a very insulting offer for our trade, our trade is in good condition, and we even bought it from them just a couple years ago, personally I would fire their appraisal guy, not good business to insult previous customers. That's ok, there's plenty others out there who will take our money. We WON'T be back.

Richard Tucker is the man. Best Ford/Lincoln dealer on Oklahoma, Quick Easy Friendly tranasction. Lansing was off that day and got me connected to Richard. Love Diffee Ford!

We bought our Corsair in January and very happy. Normal negotiation as always over the years but Ed and staff found what we wanted from another dealer. Corsair a winner. Ed Dameron name does not appear but he was great

Unethical practice Brandon in service departmen
My son prepaid for specific car repairs. Repairs we not accomplished. I was forced to file complaint with El Reno ok PD, Fraud on an elderly person. In addition my car was damaged.
