Had looked all over and didn?t find anything that was in our price range. If it was affordable it didn?t have anything on it. In about 15 minutes Jerry Corley at Rhodes Chevrolet had the perfect little SUV for us. It was a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer with remote start, heated seats, safety features, great mileage and the best part..it was pretty! We got the best deal too after spending a couple months looking. The owner David Neal even stopped to visit with us and told us thanks for coming in and for doing business with them. That is a rare thing these days. Another thing that is rare is no markup from MSRP on their vehicles and no silly additions for a couple thousand dollars. Our Trailblazer even came with carpeted floor mats and a temporary spare tire with jack. Most cars these days don?t even have a spare so roadside service wouldn?t do you any good. My oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely fashion. The people there were professional and friendly. I appreciate their service.

Hunter Johnson along with Paul Lewis were very helpful in choosing the right vehicle for me. They let me test drive over night to be sure i would be comfortable in the Chevey Equinox, before making a commitment to buy. Paul explained the paperwork carefully to me also. He made sure I knew how to operate the options on the vehicle and there are a lot.

After spending a horrible Friday at another dealer, we were worried we'd have another bad day when we entered Rhodes. However, much to our surprise, we were greeted by Sesar (whom I talked to prior to arriving) in a calm, non-pushy demeanor! We sat down, talked about the cars we were interested. He pulled up their inventory and we looked together. I liked that there were prices on the listings, something missing from the last place we went. When we finally decided on a car, we test drove it with Sesar and he was able to answer all our questions. If he didn't know something, he immediately went to find out the answer. We got a printout of the Car Facts (something not provided at the other dealer). He worked with us on financing...as did their finance team. They were very low pressure, transparent, and showed us a variety of alternatives. NONE of that was our experience at the other dealership. We left for lunch while they worked on financing...something so nice to do. They called when they were ready to finish up the paperwork. We left with a nice, clean used car. We will most likely be back for our 2nd car! Thank you Sesar!
