Automax Del City

My experience with Automax has always been awesome. My salesperson, Reggie Uduezue, has always treated my family and I with fairness and respect.I keep returning to Reggie because he makes auto buying a pleasure and always meets my satisfaction in the auto that I purchase.

I wish to give a special thanks to Mel and RC for the kindness and patience they gave me that made my car buying experience the best I have ever had...... I have stage 4 COPD and have had 5 eye surgeries and my vision is very blurred and I could not drive after dark and they made sure me and my car was delivered home safely, I live In Shawnee, ok. They have been so kind to call and check on me on a regular basis and asked me how my car was running. They also offered to come to Shawnee and pick my car up and take it back to the dealership to fix a leak in the tire and I told the no, that they had been so kind that I would be more than happy to take care of that in Shawnee. I thank you guys so much for the attention and kindness you have shown me. One more thing I must mention Shawn in financing he was very kind and accommodating with me and I wand to give him big kiddo's for being such a kind sweet person and to let him know he does his job well. Had a great experience with the service department. Was kept updated on repair right up till the end. Again very impressed with service department and will continue to have vehicle repaired at this dealership.

I had a great overall experience. I know what was going to be done and when it was going to be completed. They also took care of my transportation needs while the repairs were made!

Service was great, as always. The work done was explained to my satisfaction. And I especially enjoyed the new waiting room with the fancy coffee machine! A good experience all around.

They answered all my questions and were friendly. They worked with me on a price I could afford and took the time to show me all the features of the car I was purchasing as well as set me up with the warranty's I needed. Would return to get any future cars.

Not friendly. Not honest. Not reliable. Not ethical. I do believe we got a fair price, but these people do NOT understand good customer service AT ALL.
