This worked as it should for me.

This worked as it should for me. Every interaction I had with Huntersville Ford was straightforward and all information they advertised or otherwise communicated was spot on. Two hours in and out, all the final dollars exactly as promised, this was a really good experience.

Another buying experience where I can't recommend

Another buying experience where I can't recommend dealership based on NOT matching trade in value on my 2023 Nissan Ariya. Salesman where NOT THE PROBLEM, BUT not sales manager. Bought way too many cars from them in the pass and they blew it UP again.

We received your negative feedback. I try to look at issues to see where we may have gone wrong when I receive these. I did look into this deal to make sure the trade was appraised correctly and there were not any missing package adds or anything of that sort to the appraisal. As with anything, sometimes the appraisers do make mistakes so I wanted to put another set of eyes on it. I also do apologize that we could not come to terms as we would want to earn your business again and appreciate the business in the past. We never want to upset a customer of course either. After looking back at the appraisal on your electric Nissan. I do think the car was appraised correctly but if a few hundred dollars would help this situation, I would be happy to give a few hundred. I do not believe in my professional opinion that it is worth 3k more and please take that with all due respect. With Nissan canceling the production of this car probably does not help the value either but I wanted to make sure that you knew that we went back and looked over the appraisal to make sure we did put the correct amount in our opinions into the trade value. My sales manager mentioned that you had been to three other dealerships also that had not given you the trade value that you were looking for. He could have misunderstood that information but that is what I was told also. I also looked and searched for what was for sale currently in the market for sale consistent with your same model, make, miles, packages, etc. The trade value you were looking for is what the used market is retailing them for right now by my research. Please take that with all due respect sir. I am just letting you know why we appraised the vehicle for that amount. Sometimes vehicle appraisals are not what the customer is wanting and we understand that completely. Does not giving you the trade value of what you think the car is worth versus what we appraised it for worth a one star review to us. I do not believe that it is but that is your opinion and your right so I will respect that. It was our professional opinion and that was all. I did also go back and look at the cameras both times your were here just to make sure management was also helping handle the deal during your visits. It does look like they were and was also told that you were treated very kindly and respectful while here. I so appreciate you stating that the sales person was not the issue in your review also. We do try to earn as much business that makes sense as possible, but in this case we were just not able to give you the amount you thought the vehicle was worth. Please accept our apology on this part and if a few hundred dollars would make a difference, please let us know. We do hope you find the vehicle that is perfect for you and we do appreciate the opportunity.

Car shopping can often be a tedious experience, but Huntersville Ford stands out as a refreshing option. Joe, the sales manager, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Michael is an understanding and knowledgeable salesman who makes the process easier. The finance department is composed of great people as well. You will frequently hear the phrase, "I want to earn your business," and they genuinely mean it. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Nice people to deal with, just not the best

Nice people to deal with, just not the best communicators. I don't purchase vehicles frequently, and I was not familiar with the process, so it was a little frustrating. I drove the vehicle for two days without any insurance, because I apparently misunderstood what I was told. I didn't realize it was possible to finance or register a vehicle without having the proper insurance. Also, they tend to be slow to respond to text messages, which added to my frustration. However, they were accommodating and helpful when they did respond. Eventually, everything worked out very nicely. Thank you.

Pleasant experience with sales.

Pleasant experience with sales. Trade in was valued sorta low but I expected that and it didn’t matter as much to me. Whole deal done in less than 3 hours.

Met my expectations.

Met my expectations. I found the car I wanted online and contacted Eric at Huntersville Ford. He arranged a meeting the next day and with in a few hours we were done. There were no hidden catches and he even found some discounts for me that I did not know about
