Came in from Texas to look at a X3 BMW we had seen online. While at the dealer ship everything checked out great. Drove the car not even 125 miles out and the car started smoking. Pulled over and the all oil gushed out from the bottom. Called sales managed and told them I was NOT taking ownership of this car and was instructed to leave it on the side of the highway with the keys left in it. Havnt heard from anyone since.

2018 Raptor purchase
Bought a 2018 ford raptor traveled from New Mexico to get the truck the deal was 100 percent done over the phone prior to Getty for there. They were Upfront no bs and great every step of the way . Kermit was awesome

Overall descent purchase experience

Dishonest! Get your own Carfax!
We found a used car in their inventory that we liked. We went by to talk to a salesman & because it had such low mileage, I asked for a history on the car. I was told the car was a lease vehicle that was traded in at one of their other dealerships. I set up an appointment for later that day to bring our trade buy for them to look at it. In the meantime I paid for my own car fax. Come to find out, it was a lease vehicle, that was bought back by Ford as a lemon! It was then purchased by Bob Moore at an auction! I was straight up lied to! When I called to cancel my appointment, the salesman started lying to me again about the carfax. Don’t trust them. Get your own carfax!
