Ferguson Buick GMC

Every time I visit Ferguson, I am treated like family. My vehicle is always taken care of very well. I am always very pleased with the Customer service I receive.

Purchased a new 2019 GMC Sierra X31 Truck. This is my fourth vehicle I've purchased from Fergusons in Norman. The experience was great! Katy Snow met me in the Ferguson's Lot and asked if I had been helped yet. I asked, "I wonder which truck would like to come home with me today?" She said, "All of them!". Since I had done my homework before coming out to the lot I said before we chose lets see what I can with my trade in. From there the process was seamless and fast and I drove home the truck of my choice! Both Katy and Kevin (manager) made the process easy and seamless. I got a great deal on my old truck and with the incentives provided by GMC it was hard to pass up! Thanks for the great buying experience!

Nail in the tire want find previously so thought it was the sensor. They found a nail so it wasn't the sensor so all is well.

Although I paid too much difference on my trade deal,as usual, Grant, Jeff and Brad are good people to deal with. Probably will come back next time.

Jim Beneventi was a good salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable and up front. He listened to what we wanted and that is what he showed us. He didn't try to up-sale and he wasn't pushy. Nothing ticks me off more, we have walked out of dealerships because of pushy salesmen. I would definitely buy from Ferguson again. He also showed us the service area in case we were ever in the area.
