Jackie in Finance was amazing as always, the way she explains all the packages and the prices. Mike Ramirez came through with my deal for the second time. I will be purchasing my grandchild's graduation gift in 3 years from these two. Best customer service around.

not great customer service they have had my truck for 6

not great customer service they have had my truck for 6 weeks for 2 recalls and a transmission issue it took them 2 weeks on the tailgate recall and now they are working on the transmission and tell me the tech is out on vacation and it will be another week how is this my problem.

Our last Ford was purchased from a different dealership

Our last Ford was purchased from a different dealership and Chalmers Ford was so much more professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. The salesman, John Fife, was so helpful,and so well informed of all the ford vehicles. He was also very professional, friendly and he made us feel like family. Our finance manager, Jackie Sidden, was also very professional, very well informed and immediately put us at ease. Chalmers was the our best buying experience due to these two wonderful employees.

Service at Chalmer's Quik Lane

Took my 2013 Ford F-150 in to Charmers Quik Lane for the 100,000 mile service. Duane Sanchez-Zunner was my service associate and he exceeded all of my expectations. Went over everything that needed to be done and kept in contact when performing the services. He is an asset to Chalmers. Even looked at my wife's vehicle after asking a question. No charge for the service. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend the Quik Lane service and Duane.

No support after the sale.

No support after the sale. The Mach-E has some serious design flaws. Ours is currently at 6k miles. When you put Luggage in the hatch area will break the clips that hold the floor level and the stealership will deny the warranty claim. No stickers with weight limits oin the area or in the manual. Repair is 1500 as both side panels need to be replaced. Such a poor design and worse dealer service. What a future! Should have stuck with the ID4!

Staff is excellent!

Staff is excellent! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I went in for an oil change and I expected it to take a little while since they were busy but they were VERY quick and thorough. A very pleasant experience.

Terrible Vehicle Repair Services at Chalmers.

I brought my 2018 Ford XLT into Chalmers service department to repair a faulty--malfunctioning computer screen. I purchased this vehicle from Chalmers and it is still presently covered for services on the plan I purchased for that purpose from Chalmers. The day I brought my truck in for service I waited over eight hours to finally get my vehicle back and was not advised what the problem was and whether it was fixed. Upon driving my truck back home I immediately noted several warning lights were illuminated on my computer screen. And also, upon attempting to utilize my phone and the navigation system on my vehicles computer screen, I discovered it was still not not only not working, but now also had several prompts illuminated on my screen. I am writing this review based upon my terrible experience with Chalmers Service Department. I paid over $40,000.00 for this vehicle and I do not think I am wrong for expecting to get my vehicle fixed properly. I explained the malfunctioning issues I was experiencing with the screen in the truck to the service department, and they were not fixed. I am now driving a truck that does not have an operational computer screen, that is impairing my ability to use it properly. I am writing this complaint in the hopes that Chalmers Ford In Rio Rancho will have a competent and skilled technician in the service department fix my vehicles computer. And also to provide to me the name (s) of the individuals who worked on my truck the day I brought it in to trouble shoot the computer issues I am referring to now. It seems to me, whoever worked on my truck last week, not only did not fix the problems I brought my truck in for, but also made things worse (the screen now is totally inoperable and there are several prompts on my screen that were not there before.) I am hereby appealing to the supervisor (s) at Chalmers Ford to provide me with the services that were done to my vehicle recently--and who the person (s) were who worked on my vehicle that sent it back to me in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. At this point I am unable to use my computer screen and all its options because my truck's computer has not been fixed.
