I’ve been using Chalmers Ford the last 19 years. Always great customer service and outstanding service. I wish the leadership would not turn over so much. This would all them to see who their loyal customers are and maybe start making some better deals with them on purchases. I keep going back mainly because the service advisors really treat you well and get your vehicle in and out ASAP. I would definitely recommend this business.

I have used Chalmer’s Quicklane four times since moving to Rio Rancho. Brakes, drive train service, and oil changes. Customer service with Lance is first class. He has made sure that I am up to date on all my maintenance requirements. Uber service is offered to simplify matters.
