Flagstaff's Fast & Efficient Service
I was expecting to schedule service for my F-250 truck and my wife's Escape on two separate days. The service Dept. Happened to have two openings in the late afternoon and was able to schedule service for both our vehicles on the same day. Thanks to Jim at the service counter, and transport driver, Ellis, for coordinating my transport to and from work to help make this happen. Also kudos to the mechanics for completing both services within a two hour span. 5 Star rating from start to finish.

Service fine, little things missed.
Service was good but I asked for my tires to be checked out as I thought there was a leak, was told everything was fine. However, yes, there was a leak. Also did not receive the sticker to inform me of when my next oil change would be at, and the settings in my car are still prompting me that I need my oil changed. Not the best experience this time.

Great service and the remodel looks great.
The Service writer Jim is excellent and get it done when said it wold be. Calls me and I pickup my vehicle, good to go!!! A car wash would be good. I know it would be extra work for someone and a little more cost to the Dealership but, we customers would be grateful and really smiling.....
