Everyone at Findlay were great to work with, Rick who sold me my Blazer was THE BEST if I could give Rick 1000 stars I would, Mike, who got my Chevy app set up again 1000 stars and Kelsey Sue (I hope I did not butcher her name) was also 1000 stars, they made you feel welcomed not because they wanted to sell you a car, but because they are the best of the best for what they do. They made the purchase of my vehicle seamless.

Findlay made purchasing smooth and easy
The transaction was easy and honest. One of the easiest buying experiences I have had, keep working the way you do. We haven?t had good local experiences recently so we?ve bought from the dealers that have made the experience fun and smooth, everything in life is about experiences and this one is unforgettable in so many good ways. 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 truck
My experience here was pleasant, the salespeople, Delivery Coordinator and the Finance person were all nice and easy to work with. I didn't go in expecting to buy but they had what I was looking for to replace my 2015 vehicle which I had been looking to do for a while. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse and am very pleased with my purchase. There was no high sales pressure to buy which I appreciated. I can recommend this dealership for your buying needs......

warranty bait and switch- plus harassment
04/29/2022-UPDATE After posting the below info online I received a call from a very aggravated Chris Bancroft who requested my presence in his office for a closed door meeting. I politely refused stating that enough of my time and money had been wasted. He insisted on the meeting. ( I was also called an hour previously from Mike Gonzalez , the manager at the used car lot in Fort Mohave, who had informed me that I was being secretly video recorded when I was there to inquire about the policy cancelation.I found that to be very violating and will not subject myself to that again.) I then informed Chris B that if he had something to say to me that he could tell me right then and there on the phone.He refused and again insisted on a meeting in his office. I asked Chris what he hope to accomplish and he stated "I offer no resolution but would like to shake your hand and either you leave as a friend or maybe you will leave as an enemy".Quote on quote. I informed Chris that if he wanted to speak to me in person so badly, I would be happy to have him meet me at my office to establish our status quo. He refused and ended the call. 04/28/2022 This dealership takes scamming to the next level. I was sold an "extended warranty" for a car that was still covered by factory warranty . turns out the warranty they sell ( from IAS First Centennial) starts the day you drive off the lot.So when your factory warranty runs out, so does your $3200.00 so called " extended warranty". You will find this out when you try to use the warranty or cancel the warranty.I was personally allowed to review warranty options and picked a 60k warranty and was informed that it would start when the factory warranty ended(covered to 96k). When i went to the car lot in Fort Mohave to try to sort this out, I was informed by Mike Gonzalez that if i was dumb enough to by a Ford fusion then i was dumb enough to get sold a warranty that i didn't need.Yeah Mike, hence the 60k extended warranty. Mike also advised me to request the hidden docs they dont show you, like detailed warranty paperwork, so i dont get scammed next time. Good advice. I also called the warranty company(IAS First Centennial) and they confirmed that they do not sell extended warrantys and it starts as soon as you drive off the lot. When I did finally recieve all the paperwork there was a signed copy of the warranty ( for 36k, I should have looked more closely when signing)but the effective dates were not stated at all.They were also aware that Findlay was selling useless policys to unsuspecting customers. NOTE: I tried to obtain a copy of my paperwork from Financing for weeks but was ignored by Chris Gonzalez, who is the person who scammed me. It took considerable effort to obtain this information and i ended up having to show up in person.

$15000 OVER MSRP... ON New GMC 2500
Bought a new truck in 2004, Have serviced my GM cars & trucks there since. Stopped in March 29th 22 to order a new truck. Said they are adding 15k to MSRP. Wow !! Gouge Plus... Called Auto Nation GMC in Henderson & ordered a new Truck AT MSRP. No Problem. Never another dime to Findlay
