Very slow to respond and when asked for OTD pricing on a vehicle via email, I get a reply "We don't do business that way" - you have to come into the dealership and we'll talk. They when I finally get to the right person to give me pricing, I get a 25% OVER MSRP price!! I immediately discarded your dealership from consideration as ALL other 6 dealers I shopped had a slightly UNDER MSRP OTD price. I ended up purchasing last weekend from one of these dealerships - you lose a sale!! Good luck with THAT customer (NO) service.

I love the new Kona we bought but it is now the most unprofessional service department I have ever seen. If they don't clean it up will have to go to another dealer for service!
