The car I purchased today was the third from Knippelmier all from Gary Burgert. From the first to the last one it was the easiest and the most fun I have had in buying a car, everyone that pasted me spoke to me as if they were my salesman. I'll be ready for my forth vehicle next year and I 'll be back to see Gary at Knippelimier.

Pleasent Experience

As always, this dealership is a very pleasent experience! The sales staff is helpful, but not pushy. She answered all of our questions expertly, let us test drive the vehichle, no hassle pricing, etc.

2012 Equinox

2011 Mailibu

Go Thunder Phyllis!! Phyllis was great! We walked in right as her team started to play and the store was closing. She smiled and said let's go find your car. She was a sweetheart - treated my grandchild like gold and my sweet mom like gold. We just loved her personality and the non "pushy" sales pitch. She was honest and listened and only showed us what we were looking for. Phyllis is Thunder's Number One Fan!!! Go see her office!!!

just set back and enjoy

never, in 45 years of buying cars, ever went as smoothe as this one.You had your salesman but any salesman there offered his help as well. The price was set on the car and it never changed. [no back room meetings] We filled out a one page app and gave it to johnny along with our parameters. I was expecting to come back the next day and spend at least 3 hours filling out paperwork. Suprise!!! johnny called after lunch and said everything was ready. We went there and signed the paperwork, our needs were met and we got i owe you on a repair they did not have to do. [very fair]the finance manager was great and the sales manager and all the sales people said thank you before we left. All of the cars I buy from now on, well you guesed it !!! [Knippelmier Chevrolet] I would have liked to have met Allison. Oh Well Chuck Gunter

Best experience so far in purchasing a new car

Incredible. I had seen that they had a 2012 Camaro advertised on Autotrader. I called and spoke with Phyllis Richardson Hall who lined out all the paperwork including the financing and had paperwork waiting on us while we drove down 3 hours from Kansas. We signed and were out in 20 minutes. Family owned and very nice all the way around. We'll be back for our next car purchase.

WOW - That was Easy!

Discussed what we were looking for and price range we wanted over the phone. Decided to drive out & see what they offered and 2 hours later drove the car home. No pressure, no "funny math". We got exactly what we were told and the price stayed the same. Best new car buying experience ever!

We were very pleased with sales associate Bryan Workman. He was patient and considerate of our search for the right Vehicle. After two visits we purchased a Traverse. Bryan has a kind and caring attitude. All the people we delt with were very polite. They realy wanted our business but only if they could please us with right vehicle and the right deal.
