Needed a 100,000 mile tune up with new plugs. The service advisor was thorough and friendly. They finished well before my expectations. Great job guys. Still keeping my 2007 F150 rolling!

Great experience!
Kaitlyn was very helpful! She could answer questions and seemed very knowledgable. Service was completed quickly and I am finally feeling I can trust the service department staff. We moved from Colorado and had used the same dealership for 30 years, knew the owner and so many of the staff in the sales room and service dept. It has been an adjustment.

Buying process.
I don't like the process of buying a new vehicle so I did most of the transaction by telephone the day before I picked up my new truck. It was easy and reasonably negotiated. Lori did a great job.

Because the vehicle was a Dodge and I purchased it at your Ford dealership, the service personnel took it over to the dodge people to reset the oil indicator and to fix the recall that was due on it. They were very kind and conscientious. Very nice group of folks to work with.
