Don't come here

Sent my vehicle here for 4 separate repairs promised to be complete before the weekend was through. 1) brake software recall. Took them 3 weeks to figure out (they did provide a loaner) but the constant cycling of the ignition on/off has CAUSED MY RADIO TO INTERMITTENTLY FAIL. 2) brake rotors and pads. Great job. 3) rear defroster connector resoldering. Mechanic did a very sloppy job, marring and scratching my back glass. This will be a VERY EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. 4) wheel and tire balance. One of the most basic tasks for a maintenance shop wasn't done correctly. I should have read the other reviews before coming here.

I would not recommend this place at all for repairs. They took my truck estimating a three day repair and kept it two weeks always giving an excuse why it wasn't ready. None of the excuses had any thing to do with the repair I would consider them all dealership So if you need your vehicle quickly do not take it there and also they charged me twice 99.95 for shop fee.

3 time buyer and happy!

Me and my husband have purchased 3 cars from Flow Mazda in Fayetteville. Nick and his staff have treated us like family. Very open and upfront with the prices, financing and any rebates. What really made us keep coming back was the fact that Nick was willing to go the extra mile to find my Mazda 6 in a specific color, trim level and the right payments! He paired me up to a sales person, Jenni Koch who is so dear to me now and has exceeded just your typical car buying experience. She made sure my car was detailed to perfection and that all the paperwork was done correctly!! Jenni didn’t treat me or my family as just a buyer but a friend with valid interest in regards to my purchase and what I wanted. Honestly we’ve purchased over a dozen cars all over as a army family and this I the one dealership you can just relax, test drive and make a sound purchase from. I recommend you give Nick and Jenni a chance prior to purchasing from another dealership!

Was easy to get an appointment even after Hurricane Jolene. Welcomed, listened to by Ms. Marsha Honeycutt and picked up where I was informed of the issue, part ordered and she stated she would call when part is in. Great experience

Excellent Experience

My first purchase of a Mazda was a wonderful experience. Anna and Nick were amazing to work with. They listened to what I wanted/needed, found what I wanted and ensured my satisfaction. Great car for a great value. I definitely recommend Flow Mazda of Fayetteville!

Keys to be made

I'm a grandma raising five grandchildren and someone stole my keys. I went to Flow Mazda and they were a GOD send. With out them me and my grands would still be with out keys.. They did everything in their power to get us keys. GOD bless you all.There are still good people in this world.
