I have paid $234.30 for a diagnostic inspection for my 2014 ats Cadillac on the second visit. I was told nothing was wrong with it and it is driving better than ever. Now it is 3 days later and my car is doing the same exact thing that I brought it in for the on the first visit and I was told I needed wheels and tires replaced which I had done before taking it back on the second visit. I have spent a lot of hours and money with this repair shop. But I will be returning my car back on tomorrow. Someone needs to figure out what the issue is and no there are no codes or lights on the dashboard on. Shirley D.

Shirley, I understand how frustrating it must be to still be experiencing the same concern after investing both time and money into repairs. Our technicians have inspected your vehicle thoroughly, but so far we have not been able to duplicate the transmission issue you’ve described, and there are no warning codes present to guide us. That said, we absolutely want to get to the bottom of this for you. Please bring the vehicle back in as you mentioned, and we’ll continue working with you until we can identify and resolve the concern. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

I have brought the car back to you on the day i stated that i would. I have been sent another invoice by email in the amount of $234.30 again for the same inspection. I'm hoping that this is a generic invoice. I have explained that in order to duplicate the problem the car must be driven for at least 20 minutes. If you are not able to do this you will not get the same reaction that I'm describing. If I'm needing to get the car and drive it until the problem starts i guess that's what needs to happen.

Did take a while to get my car back due to steering

Did take a while to get my car back due to steering sensors not programming to my vehicle. Had to have my car towed to this dealership from another shop w/ the same problem. Between the two. I was in a rental for a month. Car was driving fine .I just needed my ESC indicator to stop coming on intermittently. Turned out to be an expensive and time consuming repair. I had to have steering column, shaft, and steering motor replaced due several sensors not able to program. I hear this is a big problem w/ these sensors. Hopefully something was learned and the next customer w/ this issue won't have to wait as long as I did but will be costly repair if sensor don't program. If I could do it over again I would have just kept driving it until. Might want to consider a recall on these sensors. Thanks Adrian White

This Dealership went far Beyond our Expectations

This Dealership went far Beyond our Expectations assisting us in purchasing our Used 2016 Chevrolet Colorodo. There were at least five Employees assisting us in our Purchase.
