lack of service

Took my wife's 2017 Sportage in several times for air conditioner problems. They never fixed it the first time, still had the a/c go out several times. Took it to a "real" mechanic" and have had no problems since. Sorry, Lifetime, you lost a customer.!

Murphy, NC KIA Dealership is my favorite!

BEST KIA dealership from Sarasota, FL to Murphy, NC. That is why I wait till I get here to Murphy. Easy to schedule, greeted on arrival. Waiting area was awesome. TV, Snacks, books, newspaper, restroom bottled water, comfortable seating, etc. Easy checkout with explanation of what was done. Tanya on phone..friendly, helpful, etc. Met Jeff, Kendall, Gene & Lewis..all friendly and smiling. All are “KEEPERS”. Treat them well! 🎶

Sold me a car with broken transmission

They sold me a car with a broken transmission, be aware … some of those guys have a dirty soul , soon the sky will do justice for all of us

Great experience!

My husband purchase a new Kia Rio back in September 2021. We had been to many car dealerships with no luck of finding a car to fit our needs. We went to Kia of Murphy and he found a car he liked. He test drove it and decided to buy it. David was the salesperson. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all (I really like that). I would recommend going to Kia of Murphy if you are looking for a new (or used) vehicle. If David is available, ask for him. You will not be disappointed. Thank you David for all of your help and for your patience with us!!

Customer Service Stinks

Called about a potentially hazardous recall a Month ago. Was told the computer system was down. They would call me back. Still no call to this date. Called this am to get an answering machine. I’d never buy a car here.

Expectations

Super SUPER happy with my overall experience with Lifetime Kia in Murphy, NC. Awesome customer service from Donnie. I love my 2019 Kia Optima. It's a great car and so roomy. Super great staff. I highly recommend Lifetime Kia. Ask for Donnie!!! He helps out the best he can!!!!

Best dealer ever been to, friendly people, no pressure and did good work. Had easy online scheduling comfortable waiting area made process seamless, fair pricing!

I've been to quality dealerships and this isn't it

It's so sad how these people treat customers. Their first move is to ask where you want your payment. Then they try to get you to go on a test drive while they work on it hoping you'll fall in love. When you say "not yet" they go get the car and try to get you to go outside hoping you will relent and drive it and are visibly upset when that doesn't work. Then they come back all smiles with a payment that is almost 30% above your limit hoping you'll accept their sob story and sign without even showing you the numbers. When they are forced to scribble down their math you see a ridiculously low trade value crossed out with a nearly as ridiculous trade value above it. He says they are stretching to try to make it work. Their price for the car is higher than any of their competitors. The interest rate is also too high. I asked them to lower the car price to match Carfax and KBB fair retail for this area and raise my trade only $500 to match KBB Trade-in value. I also asked them to look for a better interest rate. The salesman told the sales manager loud enough for me to hear and belligerently "now he wants you to lower the price and raise his trade". They also warned me that I might lose the interest rate we had if we shop it around. Ha. They came back with a good interest rate and $1000 more for my trade but now the car's price went up $1500. They were ecstatic that they got closer to my payment goal. Customers know when the car price is inflated to make the trade amount look better. I said thank you to the sales manager. As I left the salesman caught me at my car to let me know I was passing up an early Christmas gift. Really? I drove to Carriage Kia in Woodstock , Ga and found out what car buying should be like. Zero hassle, smart, pleasant and well dressed salespeople, great advertised prices, fair trade offered the first time, beautiful dealership. I was driving out in my new car in an hour!

Excellence! !

I could not ask for better customer service !No matter which department,I have always received excellent service!! From this alone,I doubt I will ever buy a car any where else! Other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys!!!
