2013 used Escape... Routine "The works" appointment plus recall item Routine service performed but recall specs changed and had to order additional parts....Rescheduled for recall repairs next week.. Inconvenient but no major problem since I'm a retiree...

After obtaining a quote for replacement tires (which was, by the way, easily $200. less expensive than any other competitor), an appointment was scheduled for installing the tires and alignment, which was accomplished on time, as always. When arriving home, I realized that there had been a minor mistake made by the technician which resulted in my F-150 being a bit of a mess from a cleanliness standpoint. I called and explained the issue to the service manager, who went above and beyond to resolve the issue very much to my satisfaction. Customer loyalty is a benchmark of this dealership, for good reason: customer service is stellar at Jacky Jones. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, through two ownership changes, since 1990 and have never been disappointed either in sales or service.

As Always, I was able to get an appointment for my car to be serviced very quickly. Andy and Tammy are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. The work was done while I waited this time and I was surprised at how quickly it was done. It was nice having coffee, TV and Wi-fi available in the waiting area also! All in all....another good experience.
