Been a customer of Charles Allen Ford for a long time, service department is beyond exclent, oil change is a thorough inspection of the vechile. Always visited with long time salesman Ron McCathern was wanting to buy another vechile from him be4 he retired . Went in for oil change and learned he retired well happy for him few months later learned he passed away, I spent lot of time visiting with Ron while waiting on oil change sure gonna miss our visits . Having some a/c work done next week on 13' f150 I bought from Ron . JRC

While visiting OKlahoma city, the wife and i decided to check out fords new mach e mustang, only problem was no one in Ok city or tulsa had one. Another dealer in Ok city told me to call mark allen in chickasha. I called and talk to Kyle Richardson about the car we wanted he told me they had one on the lot. so Friday after the wife was finished with work we drove over to the dealer arriving past closing time thinkin we only get to look if we were lucky but to discover Kyle was still there and willing to take the time to show and even let us test drive the car. We decided last night 10/12/2021 to order thru ford but i picked a local dealer in in BA. Kyle calls me this morning to tell me if i decided to buy a car he would talk to thier manager to make it happen. When I told him what i had done he understood completely says if there is anything he could do to help i was to call!! Stayed way beyond closing time to let us check out the car, very professional and courteous excited about the new Mach e!! Thank you Kyle!! David Bailey

Not a good repair shop would go elsewhere not trustworthy we'll make appointments but let your car sit there for days and nothing gets done but false promises

Working with Stan Housh is a breeze! I knew what I wanted and Stan arranged to get the vehicle and have it ready just as promised. I had a few phone calls and text back and forth with Stan getting details necessary for the purchase and delivery, but everything was low key and no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery the finance manager had me in and out of his office very quickly with no high pressure tactics. He did present all of our options, but did not pressure for the up sell. The experience was much better than other dealership offices I've been in in my 63 years. A couple of follow up calls with office personnel were like visiting with my next door neighbor - very friendly and casual. We have purchased from Stan previously and spent more time just visiting with Stan catching up than we did on the actual purchase deal. Which is the complete opposite of past car buying experiences with other sales people and dealerships. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

My car buying experience was easier than I’ve ever had. In the past I spent hours at the dealership. I was in and out of Charles Allen Ford in less than 1 1/2 hour. Easy peasey. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and was very accommodating to my financial needs and what I needed in a vehicle. I highly recommend!!
