Less than satisfacory

The new service department was unsatisfactory yesterday as I took in a clean truck and got it back spotted, dirty and with greasy water on the windshield. They took it back in and tried to clean it but it was still bad enough that I had to clean it myself.

GMC 2015

Experience was great! We didn?t live close so the Winslow Ford team made sure all our requirements were met before driving the few hours to finish the deal. They kept in constant communication with us through the whole process from financing and sending video of the vehicle. Everyone was friendly!

oil change

I was not offered the choice of the type of oil to be put into my truck. I did not need my tires to be rotated, (question was not asked.) otherwise , the services were performed in a timely and professional manner. The staff were friendly and respectful.
