King Ford

We've been to King Ford several times after being unsatisfied with other Ford dealer service departments. It's a 40 min. drive to get there but well worth it. All of our experiences at King Ford have been great. We generally deal with Karen Duncan (Service Advisor) and she is always polite, thorough and knowledgeable. Today we were in for a recall, oil change, tire rotation and transmission service. The bill was exactly what she quoted us (no surprises) and our wait was exactly how long she told us it would take. We highly recommend King Ford!

Ian our rep was awesome! Kind, courteous, respectful, & helpful in answering all our questions! The finance staff was excellent & got us a great deal! They all went above & beyond. They even stayed after closing to finish everything! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership to buy a car! Thanks to all of you at King Ford!

Everyone did a good job of providing us with a new F150. The truck, an XL with STX 4x4, has everything I need and most of what I want. I like the real knobs & buttons for the HVAC. The 2.7 liter engine makes good power and gets 21+ MPG for the first 1,000 miles. It is very comfortable & quiet. All in all I am very happy with the truck.

King Ford quoted me a price and held the vehicle at that price while I drove from Raleigh, 6 1/2 hours. Two other dealers sold a Ranger, while I was on the way to look at it. King Ford found a better finance rate and made the buying process, smooth and productive. I would buy from them again, although the trip is a bit long :-)
