Great Sales and Great Service!
From start to finish the experience at Burns was above and beyond stellar! I used to buy from another dealership in Charlotte, but I can honestly say that you have won a customer for life! Don Beam was so amazing! He was patient with us as my wife decided which car she wanted. We wound getting a 2021 Equinox with all the bells and whistles! This deal though is the BEST deal I have Ever made on a vehicle, and I have bought a ton of cars in my lifetime. The sales management team worked so hard to get us the absolute best financing, and then Jason in the Finance department closed the deal with making our payments and options for warranties work. The Special stuff and fluff you get with Burns, like the oil changes and power train warranty is just unmatched by ANYONE! In the End my bride got her new car and she is a very happy girl! We wish you nothing but success, and we will see you when I am ready to trade up on my Cruze! Be blessed and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! Update: Just bought a new Blazer from Don! Again, the service we got was amazing and we could not be happier! Jason in Finance took extremely great care of us! I said it before and I will say it again. We are customers for life! Now we are a two SUV Family from Burns! I won't go ANYWHERE else! Forth Vehicle bought from Burns! 2022 Chevy Blazer! They just keep getting better and better every time we shop there! They make the buying process so easy! Don is our man! David, Umberto, Jason and Mon are all wonderful people to deal with! Thank you once again for a stellar purchase from the BEST dealership I have ever had to deal with! Blessings to you all! Update 10/22/22 So now Burns has this amazing express oil change facility. It took literally 13 minutes to get through this thing! That is with me sitting in the car and them rotating the tires! State of the art is an understatement! To start, this facility measures your tread depth on your tires and alignment before you even get to the service bay! They even have air tubes to give you AC in the hot months while they work on your car! I mean this is the best!!! I am a huge fan of this! Do yourself a favor and be sure to check this out! You will not be disappointed!

Burns Chevrolet Rock Hill
After being there for 2+ hours, I left and within 3 minutes I had to turn around and take the car back. I was still having the same issues. After taking the car back, I had to wait an additional 3 hours. On top of that, I ordered food from DoorDash. One of the advisors told the delivery driver they would give me my food, and took it. But never gave it to me. So one of the advisors ate my food. So unprofessional.

Exceptional Teamwork!
In a word the entire team headed by Rob is exceptional! Our salesperson Sal Lutano made our transaction seamless. He was very professional and attentive to detail. Rob has clearly established himself as a confident leader and it shows in his team! Last but certanly not least gone are the days of signing a mountain of papers now, technology has taken over and what a difference the financing person made in completing the transaction. They are a group of crooks disquised as a business. They do not stand behind their warranty work and will duck and dodge you forever, without returning your calls.

The whole company is trash
This place is garbage. They sold me on a preowned vehicle with low miles and a great warranty. Every time I take it to get it serviced, they find something wrong with it that is conveniently not covered by the warrant.

I had a decent experience with my salesperson Tony. I came in with a pre-approval and was about to close the deal when I was insulted with a super lowball offer by their “sales manager” on two trade-ins I was considering. I dealt with them a few years back with no issues but then cash was king. Taking my business elsewhere. Somebody else hand my a buyers order quickly!
