We love our truck and we were very impressed with all the people that were involved with the sale. Ford has some very genuine people that work for them because everyone we meet and helped with our purchase was very friendly and helpful. They made our trip for buying our truck very pleasant..

I inquired about a 2020 Ford Raptor via email and received a response from Mrs. Welke stating that truck was in fact available so I immediately responded and told her that I had a trade and needed a number on it. I waited and waited and heard nothing. I emailed her again and she said that I had to fill out a trade form and she sent a link. Turns out that the link was for a different dealer in Iowa. I waited and waited and heard nothing so I emailed again the next morning and then was told that the truck was not available. I have purchased many vehicle online via email and have never had a dealer that this am mount of time to get back to me and then tell me that the vehicle is no longer available. This response time is absolutely terrible.

Everything went well customer service great young lady who assisted was well knowledgeable listened to my concerns she did a wonderful job.

Kelly Hunsucker was the best salesman we have ever encountered. He didnt high pressure us but let us choose the vehicle and options we wanted. He didnt have to go back and check with his sales manager 4-5 times like other dealerships have done. The whole process from seeing the truck we wanted to driving it off the lot took less than 2 hours. He also introduced us to the service and parts department, something NO other dealership has ever done We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal, great salesman interaction and satisfaction with the product. We will definitely shop here again
