LOVE this dealership!
LOVE this dealership! Have been going to them for years. Happened upon them by accident when my Tahoe blew its engine in Newport on the way to the beach one evening and I got towed in. They took SUCH good care of me then and have ever since no matter which car or truck we bring in. ALWAYS GREAT customer service!!!! None other like this location!

Fast, friendly service.
Fast, friendly service. Only issue is the digital controls are not in the same position when they are complete. Example the tire pressure gauge is not in same position as when I dropped off.

The problem with the radio is still a problem and the fix
The problem with the radio is still a problem and the fix is only a bandaid repair. It seems that all they can do is replace screen and the repair only last 6 to 8 months and starts messing up again! The radio has messed up 6 times since 2019. The truck is a 2016.

Kurtis Chevrolet?Sales and Service
I purchased my Cadillac XT5 back in May from Kurtis. My experience was great. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. There was a delay getting my refund back from my trade, that I didn?t deposit on the car purchased. But, I eventually got the money, had to wait for the check to clear from First Flight. I didn?t understand that since I was the customer and that?s a large institution. I had my Cadillac serviced for the first time on March 7th and the service department was exceptional. All were very helpful and informative. The March 22nd appointment was for my son?s truck. (He?s in college so it?s easier for me, the semi-retired one, to get work done. Lol!) Decided I?d bring it there since my experience was so good with my car. Again, great service; everyone was very helpful. They also worked me in last minute?greatly appreciated! Thanks!! The Service Advisor, Shannon Caskinette is a wonderful asset to the team at Kurtis Chevrolet. She was prompt, courteous and very helpful in making decisions on the service for the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. The dealership is very lucky to have someone with her professionalism and knowledge in the service lane, and she represents Kurtis Chevrolet very well.

Dont go there and these people are dishonest from top to bottom! They do lousey state inspections to the used vehicles . Very disappointed. Waste of time!

I purchased my car from Kurtis Chevrolet and I tell you it was an awesome experience. I also get my vehicle service there and the staff is very friendly, polite, kind, and terrific.
