Sunset Chevy Auto Center in Lompoc California is the best in the U.S, thanks to its employees!!!!! As a USAF retired military service member, I can definitely say they are the best!!!! During my 28+ years in the AF, I was station all over. The east coast, the south in Virginia, Texas, and Florida. Absolutely zero comparison with any other dealership in the US. Thanks to the Awesome employees like the service manager Ms. Barbie and the service tech Mr. Victor. They are true champions at Sunset Chevy Auto Center.

I been to many Chevy Dealers to buy Cars and I dealt with honest people so I trust that when I buy at a Chevy Dealer that they will be honest and not rip me off, My teenage Son busted his behind for years to come up with a down payment to buy his dream Camaro and found what he wanted at a small Dealership and I told him to look for a Car at a Chevrolet Dealer cause they are honest about what they sale. So he found a Camaro 2SS here and we came over to buy it the Salesman Brad told us that this Car was a one owner car that had two minor scratches but was touched up so I stupidly took him on his word he never showed me the carfax and when he had me sign the 20-30 pieces of paper he had me sign a paper saying that he showed me the Carfax and that is not true. Two days after buying it we had to go to a muffler shop to have a noise fixed and five days after that the differential went out I had another Chevy Dealer check the car and they pointed out so many things on this car first they said that this Car been in not one but three big accidents the rear bumper and trunk have been replaced, the front bumper and right fender been replaced the left door is full of bondo and worst of all I was told that the wear and tear that the Car shows it’s not consistent with a 75k mile car so that someone rewind the milage. I tried to return the Car but they gave me the runaround I am so disgusted with this place and in disbelief so please inspect whatever you buy here

Mr. Brad Ellickson was the Fleet manager that handled my 2022 Colorado purchase. He made me fill at ease during the whole process. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I drove way out of my way to do business with Sunset Autocenter for the reasons below. I am also in line for the chance to purchase a 2023 Corvette with the Sunset Autocenter dealership. As they are the only dealership within 100 miles that are not charging a dealer markup on their vehicles.

I contacted them with how much I had to spend on the car I wanted out the door and they told me the lowest price out the door they could go awesome . They did not try to sell me a different car and they did not try to get me to finance we could not come to a deal but that's okay i only had a certain amount to spend and was kind of low balling them they did come down on the price though

It was easy to make an appointment at Sunset and I was happy with the work that was done.
