Satisfied Customer!!!!!!!

I would like to say thank you to Lumberton Ford for making my shopping experience well worth the wait. I have been looking for a vehicle for my oldest daughter. Once finding the car on the lot the salesperson was very courteous. We left the dealership satisfied and the smile on her face was priceless!!! I would recommend my family and friends to visit this location.

by far the best shopping experience ive ever had.

I was very impressed with the staff and the time JONNY ELLIS and CRAIG MCMILLIAN TOOK TO GET ME A GREAT DEAL ON MY NEW F150 4X4 TRUCK

Why Me?

I was looking for a new or used car either one, and I was told by the old man who was a manager (I think he was even though his business ethics were not up to par.) that my credit was so low I could not buy. And then had the nerve to say my credit was so low I could not afford to buy the steam off of a whopper (Almost word for word.) I sure hope they don't treat anyone else this way and would never recomend them to anyone. You know the bad thing too is I didn't have to finance I could have just wrote a check for the whole thing. Well I guess we live and learn but I have learned through enough heart ache that Lumberton Ford will never have the pleasure of me buying from them. In other words: Buyer Be Aware !!!!

Great Experience

Buying my vehicle from LFLM was a wonderful experience. Craig McMillian, Hank Chavis, and Nicole Ransom were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend others to buy vehicles from LFLM.

Hard to find this kind of Service Today

I had a Great Experience Buying my 2011 Ford Explorer at Lumberton Ford. Craig McMillian and Nicole Ransom where pleasant to work with. I had waited 7 months for this car and wanted a Fair Deal. I search online Extensively, for about a 400 mile radius from my home in Lower SC. Lumberton Ford was very straight forward and responsive to my Buying needs. It was worth driving two and a half hours to buy this Explore. The 2011 Ford Explorer is a Quality Product. I have owned Honda's, Toyota's and Infinity's and the 2011 Ford Explorer Equals or Exceeds their Quality. I wish I was closer to experience Lumberton Ford's Service Department. I have already received several Calls form the Service Manager. I know this sounds over the Top, but it really was that good. This kind of service is hard to find in today's world.

I would like to say thanks to the Lumberton Ford service dept. I took my car in for a oil change and a tire rotation, and recieved the best service ever. I'd like to personally thank Craig McMillian for making my visit there so warm and welcoming along with Nicole Ramson. They are a very great group of people, they go beyond what is expected. So i will be seeing you guys again over and over as long as i have my Fusion. jackie

Great customer service for internet buyers

I could not find the truck I wanted to purchase at any of my local Ford dealers. Using the internet, I sent a request to Lumberton Ford for assistance. Beth Carter responded and provided excellent customer service. She followed up on all of my questions promptly and helped guide me through the purchase process as an out of state customer. She even picked me up at the Fayetteville airport. Everyone I met at Lumberton Ford was courteous, helpful and friendly. The best part was driving home with truck I wanted.
