So after I made a complaint, they called me on the phone

So after I made a complaint, they called me on the phone and told me that I have to pick a different dealership to get my service done now. Although I did buy my car from them and everything. Instead of fixing the problem, I've never had this issue before. This is crazy, and I will be letting everybody know!!!

El 24 de marzo 2024, fuimos a comprar mi quinto carro Nissan un Nissan sentra 2024, estoy feliz está divino, me subo en el y me quita 10 años de edad, jajajaja, de verdad está muy equipado me encanta, el Sr. Elmer muy amable una gran paciencia , gracias por su ayuda de verdad salimos satisfechos con el precio, tomaron mi Altima , que me dolió el corazón dejarlo, pero mi esposo quería el sentra….y luego fui a que me ayudaran con la pantalla y me ayudó otro vendedor que no le agarre el nombre pero tiene acento venezolano eso si, me ayudó también a resolver mis dudas, fue muy amable y gracias por ayudarme, el Sr, Elmer estaba con cliente así que yo agradezco a todo el staff de Nissan que siempre están para resolver y ayudar con nuestros problemas. Así no sea la persona que te lo vendió, eso demuestra el trabajo en equipo . Gracias

Nissan Sentra

I was helped by Cesar Enriquez He was great and made the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff. I recommended anyone to go see Cesar.

Liars

Scammers, I live an hour and 45 minutes away. I spoke with a manager on the phone who said they could meet my out the door max. For a certain vehicle, what time can I get there. I'm like on my way. So 2 hours later I get there thinking I'm getting my car and no, now they tell me they can't do that and is there any wriggle room. Dude, max is max. Wasted my time, and my gas. I'm so passed. Did you think I wouldn't leave without making a purchase because I drove so far already. Wrong! I'm not giving one red cent to some liars.

Great experience at the Palmdale Nissan dealership

Mr. Jose Valencia from the Palmdale Nissan dealership was very thorough and knowledgeable when answering our questions. Very polite young man. Also, made it a point to make our waiting time during the process more pleasurable.

Everytime I call to make appointment, they bring me in at my earliest convenience. The shuttle service was available if I needed it.
