Service visit

oil change and tire rotation. Very nice waiting room with donuts and drink available. Very nice folks and very good cashier.

Service Call

The towing of my car and the repairs were not as expensive as I thought it might be. My only complaint is the Service tech NEVER called me to give me the status of my car, I had to call him. I had the car towed in on Thursday afternoon, before Easter weekend, as it wouldn't start. I called @ 4:30 that day, I called 4:15 on Friday - they hadn't even looked at it, but told me to have a nice Easter. I called Monday @ 4, & was told they were still trying to figure it out. I called Tuesday at 11 a.m. & they would get back to me real soon. Finally at 2 they had my car fixed. Both batteries in the key bob needed to be replaced. A courtesy car came & picked me up. My complaint, I feel the Service tech, should have contacted me...at least once regarding the car issue with some status on it..

I'm upset with the Service Department.

I'm upset with the Service Department. They towed my car in on Thursday 4-6-23. I've called them, twice to check on status, since I heard nothing from them. Just been told @ 4:20 p.m on 4-7-23 they haven't got to my car & it will be Monday. They said have a good Easter! I have NO CAR, & NO INFO ON CAR. I'M NOT HAPPY

Will wait and see

Oh my biggest complaint is do you wash the ladies car before me but you didn?t wash my truck didn?t even offer to my way of thinking is good. Service means good salesman ship bad service means bad salesman ship and so far you?re mediocre at best. Will see later on on my next oil change.

Service department was spot on. Our sales person Cindy even helped to make sure we were taken care of.

Maintenance

Service department is excellent- always take care of any issues without fail. The cashiers are excellent, friendly and helpful. I will return to Allen Tillery for all my vehicle repairs and purchases.

Great experience

Herman Hunter was my sales person. He made everything run smoothly, kept me in the loop while my truck was in transit, and wasn?t pushy at all. I have never had anything but a good experience at Allen Tillery.

Tire road hazard cut and tire needed replacing... Gave me enough air til it could be installed later. Gave me a ride to work. Installed very quickkly. Picked me up at my office and took me to my car... Why would you use anyone else?
