Overall Great
The people were wonderful, friendly, courteous, a pleasure to deal with. I did not like that I had to run my credit while there even though I had a check in hand from my credit union. I don't believe that was necessary, and try to maintain my credit well. The rest of the buying process was streamlined and focused. Also I got a call a couple days after my purchase telling me about a recall on my car. Not too excited about that cause now I have to get that done.

Great service
Lucy (lucero) was an awesome sales person! Not pushy but awesome at her job!! She really knows all the facts about the cars and really goes out of her way to help you and make sure you get what you want. She's very personable and professional. Out experience with her and her manager Darryl was incredible!! We would definitely send our family and friends to both of them !!!

Good people skills
The world system is changing and as it changes people change with it but not alway,s for the good. People need to learn how to deal with the public and serve them in the most helpful possible way according to their concerns and issues. Our New 2014 Equinox
We could not believe how fast we were able to test drive two cars, with the help of Jose Jr. Solorio. This young man is very knowledgeable on cars. We then went in and asked a few questions, were asked a few too. We got offers from a couple of banks and accepted the one from Ally. We drove out with a new car. What an AWESOME DAY!

Great service ,great sales reps, nice facility
It was a great experience,plenty of great deals. Variety from new to pre-owned,and no hesitation about a test drive. Sales team did a great job getting me a price I can afford for a car I really wanted!. I've been to 4 different Chevrolet dealers and no one could of done better than rotolo cheverolet thank you for the experience!!
