Bought a 2011 XC90 AWD CPO. It was a wonderful experience thanks to our salesman, Leonard Lynn. Our offer price was accepted without issue and he worked with the service dept. to ensure that the negotiated repairs were completed at no charge to us. The Service team was great too, happily giving me a loaner car while unexpected parts were obtained and installed at no charge to me. The financing officer was great (no pushy, hard sell for anything I did not want). No fuss, no pain, all positive and professional. I will definitely buy from these folks again.

4th Volvo purchased from North Point - always great

A few months ago my lovely wife and I visited the North Point Volvo dealership. We were greeted by Mr. Anthony Jones. He took us for a test drive of the new XC90 and also explained all the options as well as compared the difference between the three versions of trim and option packages. Today we returned to purchase the Inscription. Anthony again took us for a test drive answered our questions and advised us toward our desicion. He showed us a very nice white model. We were all set to make our purchase when my wife asked if he had any others. They did indeed have a fully loaded Inscription that had just arrived the previous afternoon, it was still undergoing preparation details in the shop. It was a beautiful Gray exterior with an amber interior. We purchased this vehicle and had the best time imaginable. Anthony and the entire staff made our purchase a truly wonderful experience. Anthony spent almost two hours explaining every aspect and operation of this incredible automobile. We plan to visit them often and we'll purchase from them again when the opportunity arises.

The XC60 sells itself. A high-tech, safe, stylish, built to last machine! I visited 3 volvo dealerships in the Atlanta area. I was completely impressed with everyone I encountered at North Point Volvo. My sales associate was John and he was fantastic! He was informed and professional. John clearly explained all the features and benefits of the car. When I took delivery of the vehicle, John made sure that we knew how to do everything we wanted to do with the technology in the car. He introduced me to the service managers but made sure we knew that we could and should always contact him with any service needs as well. During the financing, he introduced us to the appropriate staff members who were also professional and helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend Northpoint Volvo.

Bought a used car from North Point Volvo. I was treated like I was a first rate Volvo customer! Everyone was so nice and helpful. And even though I didn't purchase a Volvo, everyone went out of their way to treat me as though I was buying the most expensive car on the lot!

Although the price was way too much, Anthony Jones made the experience simply incredible. This dealership had the only car with the options we wanted in the Southeast. Arriving at the dealership, we were greeted warmed and treated like family. Anthony Jones spent over 2 hours teaching us about the car and all the features.
