A great shopping experience at Regal Nissan

On 6/12/2023 I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership. In my 78 years, I have done business with a lot of dealerships. This was the most pleasurable dealership experience that I have ever experienced. My salesman, Deaven Thomas was absolutely the best. This was the only time I have ever left a dealership with a big smile on my face.

My family has bought many cars from Regal.

My family has bought many cars from Regal. When Hugh the Irish Guy retired I met Good News Willie who helped me with a few car problems. This weekend I bought a Rogue from him. He was incredibly helpful with finding the right car for me and giving me a good deal. He even helped me move stuff from my old Altima to the Rogue. Great salesman!

I went to Regal Nissan in Roswell looking for a new Nissan Rogue. The sales associate was trying to breakdown the monthly payment and was apparently encouraging to go for lease by providing extrapolated monthly payment for financing. I believe the intention was to make me believe lease is the best option to proceed with by giving false numbers. Suggestion to future buyers, if they provide any breakdown, please ask for the details and do your own calculations.

Hi Lane, as background, I am a long time neighbor and my family has purchased vehicles and had vehicles serviced at Regal Nissan for many years. My daughter recently made her first car purchase. Reaching out to share that John Grello was great to work with throughout our purchase experience. After leaving multiple voicemails and not hearing back from anyone, my daughter and I stopped by your dealership near your closing time on Monday, February 28, 2022. We almost walked out of your showroom when John walked over and asked how he could help us. John listened, was very responsive, and worked with us in a very customer focused manner. My daughter ended up buying her first car less than two days after our initial meeting with John. I am also posted these positive comments as five star reviews on DealerRater, Google, and Yelp. Thanks to John for such a great buying experience!

Regal went from a great place to buy a car over the past

Regal went from a great place to buy a car over the past 15 years including 6 or 7 purchases. Not so good now in 2022. I have sent emails and left VM's with no response. I drive out of my way passing a closer Nissan dealer to give Regal my business. I have even driven from our FL home back to ATL to do business with Regal. Very disappointed that Regal like so much in our world has become so difficult to deal with.

I wrote this review below on Google in 2018 when I bought a Nissan from Regal Nissan when I thought this was a decent place to do business. Things have really changed since then! They now charge a doc fee and have reverted to these ridiculous add on fees that where common in the days of the sleezeball car dealerships in the 1980's and 1990's. Not to mention they dont have a problem low balling your trade while charging above MSRP on new units. But then again I actually dealt with Ron Meinert last time and not these clowns Tyler and Michael "Stephen, Ron, Chris, and Alex were great! This is the way buying a car/truck should be! No Gimmicks! No add ons (environment protection plan or nitro filled tires, etc...)! No 1980's car selling tactics that many of the Metro Atlanta car dealerships try to use ! Everything was explained down to the last detail. Everyone was very professional and made you feel like you were part of their organization/family. I had wasted too much time dealing with two other Nissan dealerships and stumbled across Regal Nissan. I connected with Stephen and that guy got it done- no BS, straight forward! I filled out the financial app online and was able to do pretty much everything via text/email before I got to the dealership that evening. Finished up a few last details upon arrival and the deal was sealed. Chris Garcia is awesome! I have never sit down with a finance manager who looked out for my best interest. Most finance guys are sitting on the other side of the desk trying to nickel and dime you to help put money in their pocket....Overall if you want to buy a Nissan, make sure you go visit the boys at Regal Nissan."

Was trying to find out about a lease. Refused to give me a range until I submitted a credit application. I told them I didn't want a hard inquiry until I knew approximately what amount I should be expecting to pay. They insisted it wouldn't be. They ran it anyways and it ended up being a hard inquiry on my credit. Very disappointed...

The service department is horrible. Not sure how they are still in business. My car has only been service at Regal , We get the run around every time we bring it in. I am at a loss as after 3rd visits it still doesn't work .First they said there is problems with sensor , and now harness we told them to fix it after paying $500 for harness the code came back before even I reach home and now they are saying problem with computer I have never seen this kind of dummy service guys ever that they can’t find the problem , so we got money back and took car to Nissan Gwinnett place and they told us whoever fix the harness they broke the part inside car .please be aware of the Regal Nissan service department . I will never do business with Regal Nissan or Nissan in general again as they don't care about the brand or their customers.

Quality control!!!

Customer service 4 stars! Our salesman was very polite, personable, helpful, and not pushy at all. Quality control and attention to detail gets 1 star! We purchased a used 2018 Tahoe a couple days ago and it was exactly what we wanted and the only one we could find in our area. The car had to be the dirtiest used car I’ve ever driven off of a lot. They showed a full inspection, service and detail on an invoice. The fact this is claimed is comical because there was no way they even attempted to clean the interior car before selling. Because it was what we wanted we decided to handle it ourselves and it was quite a task. I had to vacuum and shampoo all seats and carpets and spot treat several places to get it closer to clean. And to top off everything we noticed a crack in the windshield on our way home and I’m still waiting to see if they’re going to do anything about that. Regal your quality control sucks and you should check into your employees values to ensure that they have the best interest in creating repeat customers.
