Great customer service and attention to detail. Mari was very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rouge and thorough in completing the process in a timely finish. Mari and Jose Pineda was great from start to finish. I would recommend Regal Nissan and Mari, because you will get a great customer experience.

Quick background, I just bought a used 2022 Frontier.
Quick background, I just bought a used 2022 Frontier. Carfax said it was originally purchased and had been serviced at Regal throughout, which, in addition to the great reviews, is why I chose Regal even though I live further away. I brought it in for a brake inspection, but also just to see if anything else was needed while still under warranty. Two issues manifested here: 1) The service advisor and inspection report suggested rotor resurfacing, but said the pads were fine. The charge for the resurface was over $800, which seemed really high, so I declined. Once I declined, my service advisor said "that's wrong", we can do the front axle and rear axle rotors for $180 each. Wow, so from $800 down to $360 just like that? It made me feel like there may have been a willingness to exploit me if i did not challenge it. Additionally, it was also recommended that I do an $80 in cabin filter replacement. That's fine, except, I produced the Carfax that showed that the cabin filter had been changed 6 months and 7k miles prior---AT Regal Nissan no less!!!! So the service advisor said, yeah, you dont need that---though, it was listed as "critical" on my report for needed services approval. This made me feel like the filter wasn't even checked and that maybe Regal just reflexively adds it to the bill of unsuspecting folks. Regardless, this kind of stuff makes me distrustful of the dealership, but also the Repair Pal accreditation. Just wanted to pass along.

This Dealer sold me a Pathfinder that in two weeks has a check engine light coming up. They are not trying to fix the car because they were fully aware that it was a lemon. THE car Shudders which is a trembling when it is driven over time and the check engine light was probably reset which means for a number of miles it didn't show up. I checked our BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and there are similar complaints to mine made by other customers if you want a Nissan go to another dealer and, do not purchase any used or pre-owned inventory from this place, the management is allowing this practice of selling trash cars under the pretense that it's a certified dealer. Don't be fooled especially if you are female or black. Watch out for this business.

The the car was owned by only one owner and seemed to be well taken car of, according to carfax had been in a minor accident in its past but nothimg major. I was excited, because previously I had purchased my first Acura from this dealer, and my experience was a good one. I would have never guessed they were selling me a 2014 Pathfinder with transmission issues. The car never shuddered when we test drove it, but on the way home it absolutely shuddered. Then 2 weeks into owning the cat the check engine light came on. .y whole reason for going to a Certifird dealer was to avoid exactly what happened. I'm so disgusted with this brand, I will not ever purchase from this dealer nor this brand ever again. My bad luck, but I will also post everywhere I can to discourage others from getting cheated from thus dealer.
