Overall, I got what I wanted in the deal, so I can't complain. Rico was a likeable guy and good salesman. Kelly was also nice to work with as she is a straight shooter. Selling tip: He should've hidden his surprise better when I asked him to put something in writing because he was visually taken off his guard. Some of the tactics were pretty funny, but as I said, I knew what I was getting into. The whole "accidentally" dialing the *correct* extension, so I could hear what they were saying about my trade-in value was well-played. Good experience and I would recommend them.

This was a very good business transaction. The price was excellent and products offered along with the sale added overall value. My sales associate, Paige Wall, was especially knowledgeable about the features of my Explorer Sport. Upon delivery she helped us set up the various functions and help us understand the features. We ordered additional items from the parts department to accessorize our vehicle, they were very helpful and offered some insights into additional item to complement our selections. Paige showed us the Service Department which looked very clean and professional, the service writers were especially pleasant. I look forward to bringing my Sport back for it's service. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car.

Purchased a new truck using USAA buying service. The dealership was amazing to work with, one of the best car buying experiences we've had. We purchased the truck while one buyer was out of state and the other was there in person. Thought that might be an issue, but they didn't blink an eye! They worked with the "in person" buyer while the "out of state" person was on the phone. Then they sent paperwork overnight for signatures. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you have to check out this place. The "in person" buyer drove 100 miles just to buy from Classic Ford of Columbia and we'd do it again!

I recently bought a 2014 Ford F150 from Mack Spain. Mack was a professional the whole way through. He followed through with what he said he would. He never pressured me one way or the other, just offered me what I asked for. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from him. We used to buy all Chevy vehicles. Never again. Ford treated us so well that ou want to go back in there to just say hello. NO ONE, and I mean NO One could get us out of our 2012 Impala, but Classic Ford did. I was amazed on the trade in value, very fair, Chevy low balled us and just didn't want to work with us. Love our salesman, he is wonderful and showed me everything around the store, etc. Taught me how to use features in my new car,etc. Superb Customer Service.

I went to Classic to see if I could make a good deal on a new Escape. John Benjamin, Jr. talked with me to determine just what I needed and found just the right model.
