Bought a 2011 Yukon and had it serviced there regularly until one day I had time to change it myself a day before a seven hour vacation drive and found my transmission dipstick laying on top of the radiator shroud after about 5000 miles, they didn't seem to be surprised or care that the truck was driven that long with an open transmission. Had the front end on my 03 Yukon lined up twice because I had to keep bringing it back to get it to drive straight, the service manager said if they had to try to fix it again he was charging me $75.00 more dollars. I took it elsewhere to a place that knew what they were doing and haven't had a problem since. Recently got a price on a replacement motor for the 03 Yukon, Their price was about twice what it was everywhere else for what they insisted was a new motor because the parts guy said they don't sell rebuilt motors. I insisted he call someone who knew for sure whether it was new or not. Ended up it was rebuilt for twice the price than everyone else. I have bought several new vehicles but only two from this dealership over the years because they act like they are doing you a favor selling you something at this place and you certainly don't want to have anything serviced there. Their customer service is non existent.

When we went to Larry Clark we knew what we was looking for. The people there helped us get what we needed. They was real nice and honest. Giving us all the information that we needed on the vehicle that we purchased.
