I had searched the internet extensively for the exact vehicle I wanted and in the wanted price range. After contacting Anthony about what is now my football mom ?limousine? he made the whole process so easy. I had secured financing myself but he checked to see if there were better offers available. Even in my follow up many weeks later he went out of the way to secure information regarding the VERY slow DMV. I love my new ride and so do my boys! Thank you!

My service advisor Chris was very helpful in getting all my repair issues resolved. I appreciated the rental car he got for me when the repairs went into a second day. The facilities and courtesy shuttle are well maintained.

Great Service Depart - Sales guy failed to deliver
Frank in service was on the ball the whole time, got my part ordered and even got me a loaner while my car was worked on. Fast service and very professional. I want to add one thing, while waiting for my car I talked to Aaric about upgrading my lease to a new Explorer. I gave him my info and what I wanted. I could not hang around but he assured me he would call me with info and what it would take to get me out of my Fusion and into an Explorer. Never heard from him and its been over a week. That is not good for business. Ultimately, the service department came through amazingly, the sales/leasing guy failed miserably.

Service ok, Ford Fiesta sucks
The service itself was ok, but I was pretty displeased with the car (2011 Ford Fiesta) itself. The car was purchased from another dealer. The day after the service the check-engine light came on again, despite the $1000 repair (throttle body replacement) that was performed. I was frustrated enough with the Ford Fiesta that I traded it in for a Mazda the next day, which I'm much happier with.

Warranty Repair
This was the second trip to have the same issue repaired under warranty and it took almost a week which I thought was a bit long. However, so far, the issue seems to be resolved.
