Everyone was very friendly and all worked hard to make...

Everyone was very friendly and all worked hard to make the sale of the car we had chosen. My only complaint was that we had to wait a long long time after we arrived at a deal, before the financing was completed. This was because the one finance person there at the time (time) had other customers before us. Once we got in to see him, we were very impressed with him and he was able to finish his business very quickly and get us on our way. All in all, it was a good experience.

I purchased my new Sportage in June from Rick Case Kia at...

I purchased my new Sportage in June from Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place. I worked with Marty McCall and she was a wonderful sales person. The purchase of my Kia took about 3 weeks. During that time, Marty stayed intouch with me. She made sure I was comfortable with my choice. She was patient in showing me different makes and models. Even offering to do searches at other locations to make sure I got the Kia I wanted. I never felt rushed. The dealership was very nice and all the employees were friendly. I chose the Sportage and I love it! I was able to get all the features I wanted for a price that worked for me. I would recommend Kia and Marty to anyone who is looking for an automobile.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were willing to work with us to get a deal that we were comfortable with. Other dealerships would not even work with us on price or the payment we wanted; they seemed to care less. I would recommend Rick Case to other people and would do business with them again. We are very satisfied with our purchase and experience at Rick Case Kia. Our salesman(Carter) was friendly and went out of his way to help us as well as Ivy the Assistant Sales Manager.

Carter was a great help the entire time and never left...

Carter was a great help the entire time and never left our side. He showed me several cars and we worked out a great price for my new car. Thank you for all your help.

We had a very positive experience with Chase from the...

We had a very positive experience with Chase from the moment he greeted us when we arrived. He was knowlegeable about the vehicle we wanted and answered all questions in a thorough manner. He worked with us to get the price we wanted and the vehicle we wanted. Our last six cars have been BMWs, but we have not felt the same degree of customer service with BMW.

Called Matthew over the phone and met him at the dealer...

Called Matthew over the phone and met him at the dealer as we discussed. Matthew was great working with my wife and I. We looked at several used cars and Matthew was patient with us until we made a decision. It ws a pleasure working with Matthew and we would gladly recommend anyone we know to him and Rick Case Kia. It was also a pleasure working with the finance manager Ron. Ron made everthing clear for us and made the financing process go smoothly. We would gladly work with Ron again and recommend him as well.

My husband and I visited this dealership today in hopes...

My husband and I visited this dealership today in hopes of purchasing a new car. We did select a beautiful 2011 platinum, graphite, gray Optima. Carter was very efficient, courteous and knowledgable with his presentation about the car and taking us on a test drive. He answered all the questions we had and went out of his way to make sure our experience was satisfactory. There were no high pressure tactics involved. We were offered bottled water refreshment as it was a very hot day. We were also treated very efficiently by Chase in the finance department. He also was courteous, knowledgable, personable and efficient in presenting the financial data for the closing of the transaction. We met several other individuals briefly who also were courteous. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Carter and this buying experience and will highly recommend Rick Case Kia to anyone who asks. We especially appreciated the full tank of gas in our new car when we left and - we love our new car! Thank you.

Andrew was great. We were looking to com[pare a Kia...

Andrew was great. We were looking to com[pare a Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra and Mazda 3. He was able to take us to all 3 dealers and show us the cars. He took his time to explain the differences in the cars and even told us about the rebates. We went to another dealer afterwards to see a car Andrew didn't have and they didn't memtion the rebates thus increasing the price of the car by $1000.

While I did not purchase anything, I am currently still...

While I did not purchase anything, I am currently still in "research" mode. Our sales consultant, Michael, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He answered my questions, followed up with a phone call and was great to deal with without being pushy. I have never looked at Kia before when shopping for a new vehicle but as the result of research (so far) and Michael's information, I can see myself buying one...and it will be from this dealership!
