Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and actually sold cars for 4 years and have never had such a experience. GM is a good guy and gave me a good deal but after 5 1/2 hours in dealership the sales person delivered the car to my wife in the pouring rain and didn’t have a clue about how to deliver the car and show new features. She recruited a experienced salesmen to help but he couldn’t get CarPlay to work either. I was charged incorrectly for state taxes. Just a sloppy experience.

Raymone the service associate was wonderful! He was very professional and accommodating! Great customer service! That’s why I keep coming back. I drive pass another Kia dealership just come to this one!

I have always had an great experience with a Kia dealerships across the board until I ran across the Nalley Kia dealership where I had to have my car towed from a Nalley Kia Dealership in the middle of a work order due to the lack of service from a Kia dealership. It was a $3000 order and they were so hateful untruthful and downright untrusting that I pulled my car and had it towed to another service company to have the serviced completed elswhere.
