Athens Ford

It was done on time. Personnel was very friendly.

It started on a cold morning. My children and I packed the car for the day getting ready for school and work. I went out to start the car and nothing. I knew there was a less than likely chance that it was the battery. See, I had just had the battery replaced less than two weeks ago. After calling the insurance company and them sending someone out to jumpstart the car, I was more than certain it wasn't the battery. I had two options, have my insurance company tow the car to Ford and get a diagnostic test or pay for a 40 something mile tow to US Auto to have them look at it and perform a diagnostic test. I went with the Ford option. Who would do a better job on a Ford than those that work for the company? The next day I got a call telling me the issue with why the car didn't start. I was given a quote and in know way could I pay that and take care of my other responsibilities. Some would say that I was in a "Bit of a pickle". I expressed that I couldn't afford that price, thanked Bill for his help and informed him that I would come in pay for the test and figure something out. Bill told me to hold on let him try to figure something out. Later he called back with a lower quote, something that I could handle without neglecting my other bills I am a realist however, without a car I can't get to work which I depend on wholly to pay all of my bills for my family. Needless to say, the work was excellent. Because of Bill I will come to Ford (Athens) for my services from this point on. Loyalty is a big in business. Retaining current customers ensures that the company continues. Well count me in as one of the loyal. I will come back when the time is right. Thanks Ford (Athens)

Mark Mills was wonderful to work with. We drove over from Huntsville, Al entrusting he would hold a Mustang for us until we got there. He was extremely knowledgable about the Mustang and its features, and was able to set my mind to ease that it would actually be there when we arrived. A+++++ service all the way!

I was very please with Athens Ford when I carried my Edge in for an oil change and received A complete check up for my Ford, they even changed air filter inside Dash. Thanks

You have a very nice waiting room and very helpful people working in the service department. I like the idea that someone is there to check on the time left for the service to be compleated

Great people at Athens Ford. They are all about Customer Service and that's what makes the world go around. Although the dealership is 80 miles from home, I will go back when considering my next purchase.
