First routine service.

My first service experience here, I bought the car here three months ago under very difficult circumstances, my husband had been killed in a traffic accident and our car totaled. From the first person that we met, Logan, I have been treated as if I were the only person there. The service department is amazing, they told me how long it would take and it did,nice lounge to wait in--even free coffee and donuts. As I left the woman that checked me out, didn't get her name-smiled, greeted me by name and was warm and friendly which I need these days. Thank you all, my son in law found Delillo and I think we've made new friends.. He'll be trading his Suburban soon and guess where he'll be going.

Good overall service

It was a rather quick and painless experience. Although, after everything was said and done, they forgot to deliver my car to the front, which wasn't a big deal, just 10 minutes of delay.

No pressure sales -- easy to deal with!

Logan was awesome to work with! He really understood how not to be a pesky salesperson and yet maintained contact and stayed on top of things. He respected my wish of dealing through email, and did not bother me with constant phone calls or pressure me into coming into the dealership to meet. His immediate response to my emailed quote request was what initially drew my attention to Delillo and his responses garnered my trust. You should consider him a valuable asset!

Service and with constant information & no excuses

Service specialist Mike, kept me in formed of the process of a rather long diagnosis and then repair of 4 wheel drive problem to my 2006 Envoy. He called every day! He is what makes service mean something, out of the old days.

Best Service!

I have taken all my chevrolet vehicles to Delillo for service since my first visit more than 10 years ago. I am always promptly helped & serviced fast and right the first time. Thanks for always treating me with courtesy, respect and never pushing to upsell me something I don't really need. That is very important to me as a service customer. As long as you continue doing what you're doing today, I won't take my car anywhere else. :-)

Professional employees all around

Mike in the service dept was very professional in answering my questions and checking the records on my car. I decided to have multiple things done since some of the things hadn't been done in a long time.. I must admit having the fuel injectors serviced had made a noticeable difference in the Power of the car. Also, Antonio, your courtesy driver was fantastic. He's very personable and an asset to your company.I will definitely ask for him to be my driver the next time I come in and have to leave the car for a number of hours...

Great Service Can't Be Matched!

DeLillo is without fail, the best Chevrolet dealership we've experienced. Keith Meehan has become a good family friend, Phillip takes care of our cars and their customer service department provides service with a smile every time we're in for servicing!
