If anyone has had a bad car dealer experience, I suggest that they make a trip to James Hodge Motors. This is the 2nd new car I have purchased in 3 years and the experience just gets better. Everyone at this Motor company from the lot guys to sales and management, were like "Old Friends."Thank You James Hodge for such wonderful customer service.

After buying 7 brand new cars in our 21 year marriage, this was the best car buying process to date. Bill Sharp and Eric Juhlin worked so hard and tirelessly to seal the deal. Eric even gave me a picture off of his wall that I had been admiring...that's going the extra mile for sure. They stayed late just to make sure we got the best financing possible. We had a great experience at James Hodge Dodge dealership. Seldom do I look forward to purchasing a new vehicle but this was relatively painless. Josh did a great job of answering our questions and expediting the process just how we had requested. He listened to what we wanted to see happen in the purchase and he did his best to make that happen. Overall is was a very pleasant experience. I have already recommended the dealership and Josh to a friend of mine.

2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited Sales person Bill Sharp was knowledgeable and Friendly, his approach was easy going and made us feel welcome. He helped us throughout the process, while I was finalizing the paperwork he had our Jeep Cherokee washed at a car wash and filled it with fuel, I mention this because we wanted to drive the Jeep Home that night and it was after 9 pm and everyone else had gone home. Outstanding Customer Service!
